"The hotel lobby boasts a modern, stylish, and elegant design. The environment is beautiful. I stayed on the 32nd floor. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The mattress was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly and was almost silent. There's a bathtub for a nice soak. Breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, which is great for those who like to sleep in. I didn't get a chance to visit the gym or pool."

Although I gave it 5 points, I have a small opinion. The small refrigerator is in the cabinet and it is not easy to dissipate heat. It causes a constant buzzing sound, which affects my sleep at night. It is quite noisy, so I unplugged the power supply. I don't know if it is a quality problem of this small refrigerator."

"This time I chose your Pinghu Sunlake Hotel after reading the reviews on Ctrip. Because I arrived at the hotel 🏨 early in the morning, I wanted to try to see if I could check in. As a result, the beautiful front desk lady, Xiao Zou, enthusiastically asked if there were any rooms. She immediately checked the computer and saw that there were rooms, so she checked us in immediately and upgraded our room. We felt that their service was very good and friendly. I fell asleep easily and slept soundly until morning – comfort was maximized. "This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!"

After coordination, I went out. There was a front desk called Zhang Minqing who also took the initiative to help me carry my luggage and take the cat sand.
