MM50734****Atour Hotel is consistently excellent. The lobby is clean, and the room is quiet and comfortable. The front desk lady at this location was particularly enthusiastic. When my child was crying while taking medicine, she even gave them a small gift, which the child loved and immediately stopped crying! 😆😆😆 Next time I come to Pinghu, I'll definitely stay at this Atour Hotel again. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but the scenery in Pinghu is also beautiful 😊

MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

Xiao Zou, the front desk clerk, upgraded our room for free when she saw that there were so many people in our family of four. Aunt Zhu Caiqi, the room aunt, also sent free fruits when she delivered toiletries. In short, the service is very good, the popularity is very high, the hotel is large, and the room meets expectations! The most surprising thing is that the breakfast is of high quality. Next time I come to Pinghu, I will stay at Sun Lake again!

The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and the hygiene conditions are also very good. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping centers around, and the transportation is also very convenient. Auntie cleans the room every day, the bedding is very new and clean, and the mineral water is sent every day. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the facilities are well maintained. The breakfast is rich, parking is convenient, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. It is a very suitable place for vacation and travel.

MM58162****We booked this hotel based on its location on a map, as it's conveniently situated between Legoland and Xitang Ancient Town. We didn't have high expectations, just wanted something easy to stay in. However, from booking to check-in to check-out, we were pleasantly surprised at every turn. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room. We arrived at the hotel close to 8 pm and, unsure what to eat, decided to grab something at the restaurant. Surprisingly, it was delicious! The spicy blood curd and stir-fried spinach were both excellent. Finally, the room was exceptionally clean. I'm not a professional reviewer, but this is just our honest experience. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Legoland.

GGuest UserThe toilet and bathroom are a bit small, the room layout is not very reasonable, the distance between the closet and the small bed is only a palm width, which is very inconvenient. I don't know if it is just one room or all rooms.
The advantage is that it is very close to Shanhai Qianqianzhong, and it takes only a few minutes to walk there.
