MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel.
The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily).
Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

MM371734****Really very good, more than 100 hotels are cost-effective to outrageous, go to Pinghu to get down jackets to live in this, breakfast type is not as much as big hotels, but each is delicious, not the kind of scorpion, no matter what the food is good or bad, the service is also very good, I went down to eat after 9:30 in the morning. The aunt came to collect the dishes. They were all whispered. The sound of collecting the dishes was also very small. Very good hotel recommendation. I also want to praise this aunt. It is very good.

GGuest User必須誇一誇酒店的接送服務。出發前我看到有接送服務，就抱着試一試的心態問了酒店，衹要提前預約就能有，司機還提前到達了，生怕堵車，一路上的聊天氛圍也很輕鬆愉快，得知他是在下班之後還來接我們的。這種“提前到達”的守時和主動服務的意識，讓我們的旅程從一開始就充滿了安心與愉悦。酒店大堂，前台工作人員禮貌友好。辦理入住流程高效迅速，她們耐心地回答了我的所有問題，語氣温和，態度親切。打開房門的一刻更是驚喜！房間比想象中還要寬敞，佈局合理，絲毫沒有侷促感，甚至還能在房間跑兩步，最讓我心儀的是那個寬敞的陽台！

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, not far from the Nanhetou Historical and Cultural District. The hotel has convenient parking and free parking. Xiao Zou, the front desk clerk, upgraded our room for free when she saw that there were so many people in our family of four. Aunt Zhu Caiqi, the room aunt, also sent free fruits when she delivered toiletries. In short, the service is very good, the popularity is very high, the hotel is large, and the room meets expectations! The most surprising thing is that the breakfast is of high quality. Next time I come to Pinghu, I will stay at Sun Lake again!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

GGangxinThe overall living environment of the room is very good, the sound insulation is OK, there is music automatically playing when taking a bath, very nice, and the service is not bad. But the fly in the ointment, the elevator problem, there are two elevators, need to be shared with other non-hotel properties in the building, the key is that there is an elevator still in the state of maintenance all day. . . I hope to improve the elevator problem, it will be perfect!

MM51923****The bathtub in this room is incredible! After a long day at Legoland, soaking in it was pure bliss. They even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. It's so clean and hygienic! The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which is a fantastic detail. There's a woman at the front desk, I think she's the lobby manager, who is super beautiful and incredibly helpful. We booked a family room, and even though we had an extra person, they waived the breakfast fee. She also gave us great tips on local attractions, telling us what's worth seeing and what to avoid, which helped us dodge some potential disappointments. The room they arranged for us was also excellent. We'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel is located in Pinghu International Shopping Town. The town has a European style and you can check in and take photos. The disadvantage is the lack of supporting entertainment facilities in the surrounding area.
