Comfort Inn & Suites ★★
"The staff at Comfort Inn (Big Spring, TX) were incredible. The hotel and the amenities are 5-Star. We've stayed at Comfort Inn on previous trips because the location is perfect and conveniently near Starbucks, and several restaurants. Booking a room online is great for discount prices and checking out of the hotel is fast and easy."

"AVOID! Awful experience. We show up at 8:45pm on a Saturday after a long drive, and no one was there. There was a number to call, and no one answered after multiple attempts. We didn't hear back until 11:30 pm, and they didn't leave a message. We could not find an alternative and had to drive through the night. When we called the next day, they didn't even apologize, and took no responsibility. We did a pre-check in to make sure everything was in place."
