"Regarding the hotel management issue, someone entered my room without knocking while I was naked. I was terrified, my adrenaline surged, and I was still shaken. I went out and wandered around until after 7 PM, still wondering if someone had barged in uninvited. This is unacceptable for a four-star hotel; I've never encountered anything like it before. Normally, someone should knock. Also, there's a registration system for check-ins, and the hotel should check if the room is empty. Entering a checked-in room without permission isn't just a disturbance; it was a shock! Luckily, I reacted quickly, otherwise it would have caused a lot of trouble for both sides. The other staff members were very helpful, especially the front desk staff. They were not only beautiful but also incredibly helpful. Thank you to the lady for the fruit platter and gift; I appreciated her kindness. The breakfast was also plentiful, and the environment and cleanliness were excellent. In short, the minor flaws don't outweigh the overall positive aspects. The hotel's service and attitude were very good; we should be forgiving. I hope the hotel can improve further and also consider guest safety."

"Our weekend road trip to the HNR Manggu Town exceeded all expectations! The entire valley is enveloped by lush forests, brimming with negative oxygen ions – perfect for escaping the summer heat and breathing in fresh air. Staying in a forest treehouse was incredibly atmospheric; the wooden structure felt clean and cozy. It even came with a private mountain spring hot tub. Soaking in the tub at dusk, listening to the sound of pine trees and insects, with a sky full of stars above, just melted away a week's worth of fatigue. The resort's amenities are excellent. The shuttle bus runs 24/7, and there's a water park, kayaking, jungle trekking, live-action CS, camping, and BBQ facilities – plenty to keep adults relaxed and kids entertained, all in one place. The food was authentic and delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic with their service. The overall environment is clean and elegant, making every photo-op a great one. It's ideal for family trips or gatherings with friends. I'd love to visit again!"
