"Do not stay here! I called the resort a few days before our reservation and he off handedly mentioned the pool was broken and had been broken for 2-3 months (I booked in February)! They don't even know if it can be fixed and more than likely will have to dig it up. They never alerted guests, and to this day are still advertising the pool as an amenity. When I asked if they were giving discounts or allowing cancellations (it was our main amenity we were looking forward to) he said he could only offer free DVD rentals. We did not pay for a vacation to watch TV. I tried to escalate to cancel/discount and no one would help me. I was given three different company's phone numbers to call and spent hours on the phone. I booked directly through the resort webpage and everyone keep saying they don't handle that. My reservation was a buy two nights get one night free (with the pool amenity listed) and they said because I already got that discount they wouldn't give me any further discounts even with the amenities changing. There are no owners, its a time share. owned by an association that has hired a management company called Capital Vacations and another vendor to do website booking so everyone just passes blame and you cant talk to anyone that is able/willing to do anything. Highly don't recommend!"
