"Overall, it was pretty good and offered great value for money. It's located right next to a village guesthouse, not far off, and the entire village is full of guesthouses and restaurants. There's even an EV charging station right outside. The environment is pleasant, and breakfast is included. They also offer shuttle service, but we only stayed one night so we didn't use it again. All the facilities are new, I just forgot to grab the complimentary ice cream! 😂 I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I'll just post some scenic shots instead."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotel (Xinxiang Huixian Municipal Government)

"The experience was incredibly bad. There was a strange noise in the hotel room. I reported it before 10 PM, but all my calls went unanswered. Finally, someone came to check, said they couldn't fix it, then said they'd discuss it and disappeared again. I called again, was told to wait ten minutes, and again, no one followed up. I was forced to go downstairs to complain, and by then it was nearly midnight. Still, nothing was resolved. I came to relax, but ended up even more exhausted. The staff's service capabilities are terrible; their attitude was basically 'this is your problem, you deserve it.' It was truly speechless. In the end, they just turned off some water valve. They came into the room in the middle of the night while we were both asleep to fix the valve. It finally stopped the noise, but then I couldn't use the air conditioning. I had no choice but to go without AC all night. And then they even asked for a good review, absolutely speechless."

"I was in such a hurry I forgot to take pictures, but this guesthouse is amazing! The rooms are spacious and tall, like a house in the countryside, with independent air conditioning and large windows. There's a smart toilet, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. You can see the mountains right from your room, and it's very close to Baoquan with a shuttle service available. The guesthouse also offers meal service, which is a big plus. Drinking water comes from a dispenser, so no worries about not having hot water or it being unclean. The owner is very welcoming and helpful; you can ask them anything about local attractions, and they'll give you detailed answers. If you're planning to visit Baoquan Grand Canyon soon, I recommend bringing a pair of slippers for playing in the water."

"Because it was my first time going there and I didn't know the route very well, I made a phone call and the boss drove to the door to pick us up. When we arrived at the door of the homestay, the boss was afraid that the wheels of the suitcase would be damaged, so he carried a large box of luggage on his shoulder and walked up a very steep slope to take us in. It was really great! Whether it was going to the scenic spot or going out, the boss was very enthusiastic to help us stop the car, and the service was very satisfactory! I think the overall accommodation environment is completely beyond imagination. It is not because of the mountains that the environment is bad. On the contrary, it is very clean. It is said that there are star-rated accommodations upstairs. I will definitely try it when I go with my family next time. Finally, the food. There are many tourists around the Qingming Festival, but the food is not vague at all. The special ** in the mountains is a little expensive, but the other cost-effectiveness is super high. I didn't go to have breakfast until the end time, and there were hot meals to eat (handmade steamed buns are superb!), and there was no problem at all after the time. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I wish the boss a prosperous business!"
