"It smells musty and I can't breathe through my nose. The musty smell is making my nose run uncontrollably. Every time I breathe through my mouth, mold gets into my mouth. My nose won't stop running, it's awful. I paid for this room. What is this room? The staff are mostly nice, but they won't change my room."

"I forgot to add breakfast, so I stayed overnight without meals, but there was a convenience store nearby that sold bread, instant ramen, and alcohol, and you could eat in the common room, so it would be nice to stay with a group 😆🎵🎵 It's a shame that the toilets are shared, but I'm happy with mountain huts, so being able to go to the hot springs for this price was great (lol)"

"A delightful stay in a comfortable authentic Japanese pension! Exceptional hosts with a warm welcome and attention to guests comfort was truly a highlight. Especially the delicious shabu hot pot dinner which my son declared the best both he has ever tasted and brimming with local fresh vegetables and generous helpings of high quality beef. My son, a vegetarian, was offered tofu without being asked and because he was a surprise addition to our booking, they made up a room for him on the spot. Stay here for a personal experience with hosts that truly care and are proud of their 40 plus years of hospitality."

"I was looking forward to the bath, but the temperature of the hot water was hot and it was difficult to get inside. My wife said she couldn't put it in the hot water after all. There is almost no water for men in the washroom, so repair is required. As for the meal, I ate soba, but other dishes were not praised. Also, the entrance was closed in the morning bath and I couldn't enter. The futon in the room was especially heavy with blankets and felt quite damp, so I couldn't rest slowly. It seems that an elderly man is cut alone."
