Bread inedible dry & stale. Waitress changed for fresh bread. Lamb dish exceptional. Crème brûlée not good. No vanilla. No sugar topping flamed into crisp shell. Pears thrown on top & a crushed almond biscuit. Waitress was pretty much on her own all night rushed off her feet. Not sure how many in kitchen but I think they too were pushed to the limit. Not our best meal in France."

"Facilities: The hotel is located in the ancient city. Although it is an ancient city, the facilities are very new and the color matching of the room is also very advanced. Hygiene: The hygiene is very satisfactory. Every corner is very clean. Toiletries, bedding and some other supplies are neatly arranged. Environment: It is right next to the city wall. You can walk up the city wall to see the sea not far away. There is lemonade and puff pastries in the lobby. The restaurant is very warmly decorated. The lemon tree at the door of the store is easy to recognize. (If it is a large car, it is a bit difficult to enter the parking lot without some skills) Service: Because we are traveling by car, we booked the parking lot in advance. After arriving, the front desk enthusiastically drew a map to tell us the way to the parking lot. Overall, I am very satisfied and it is an unforgettable travel experience."

"Frankly, I've rarely been so "astonished" (to put it politely). We booked for eight people: four adults, two children, and two babies under two. As any parent knows, babies don't take up much space (except in your heart and sometimes in your ears at night). When we picked up the keys, there were no problems; everyone was happy. But the next day, surprise! A receptionist showed up at our accommodation, like a NASA inspector checking the weight of a rocket. After I explained, he coldly informed me that "the house is limited to six people." So far, so good. But the best part was the "advice" he gave me: "Look for another hotel next time, definitely not here." Classy, right? Let's be clear: it wasn't a comment about the bedding or the number of chairs around the table. It was humiliating, inappropriate, and—I feel it deeply—motivated by the color of my skin. In short, not a check of the rules, but a check tinged with very real ******. The result: a ruined stay, a hurt family, and one certainty: we will never set foot in that establishment again."

"The location is great, right over the road from the beachfront, we had a partial sea view which was fine. The room was clean, a few maintenance issues which we notified reception about which weren't attended to during our stay so we left a note when we departed, no big issues though. Of interest was the bathroom which had a fabulous walk in shower, good water pressure and temperature, but the hand basin we had was simply enormous and stuck out from the vanity so you were far away from the mirror to shave and put on make up, it was very strange. The decor of the room was the old mission brown, not sure if it was old or refurbished but not the freshest of colours! Breakfast was excellent, as were the breakfast staff. However, staff at reception weren't the best, we were kept waiting for long periods while staff sat at the computer near the bar and only after 15 mins did they attend to us. A guest had left a bag on the reception couch which wasn't investigated until we told staff about it. We felt sorry for the only staff member we could see on the Friday night of our stay, she had to staff the reception area and attend to about 15 guests in the bar all by herself. The bathroom downstairs hadn't been cleaned by 0800 on the Saturday morning after the Friday evening guests. The hotel has so much more potential, staff need to be invested in, they are worth it!"
