Water views, and a short walk to the beaches.Arriving at the property you will see plenty of off street parking available. You can wander up the easy access ramp, which leads you directly onto the comfortable deck where you will find the wide opening doors lead you into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. From there you may choose from the 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, and large ensuite with walk in shower. The second bedroom is also a King Size bed and then there is a third bedroom, with 2 King Single beds. Both these rooms are very close to the main bathroom, with its huge walk in shower, deep luxurious bath and granite topped vanity. All doors in the property are wider than normal, which means wheelchair or walker access is very easy. A modern laundry is at the end of the passage, just near the back deck. On the back deck is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off.The modern kitchen has granite bench tops, corner drawers, pull out pantries, large fridge/freezer, 90cm oven and hot plates, dishwasher with 2 drawers. A large island bench, with comfortable stools. Everything is just so easy to work with!There is a nice wooden dining table, which seats 6, and comfortable leather lounges. A smart TV, and fast Wi-fi. The 'Tin Shed' is a modern, deluxe accommodation (think upmarket hotel room) suitable for 2 people, located on private property, away from the main house.Binalong Bay is in the heart of the world-renowned Bay of Fires, famous for white sandy beaches, distinctive orange rocks and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The Tin Shed is well situated with both bush and beach walks within easy reach making it a perfect base for exploring the Bay of Fires.On arrival at you can drive straight up the driveway into the undercover off-street parking that is just a couple of metres away from the entrance to the Tin Shed. Entry to the Tin Shed is easy with no steps or stairs to worry about. Access is by key lock and details will be sent to you prior to your arrival.On opening the front door, you will be pleasantly surprised. The room is well appointed and has a luxurious feel. Guests frequently comment on the fit out, plush carpet, floor heating and beautiful bathroom. The Queen Size bed is super comfortable, and many guests say they would love to take the bed home with them! The built-in robes with mirror glass doors give a feeling of space. Adjacent to bedroom is a powder room that is perfect for putting your make up on, hair dryer and hair straightener provided. Adjoining the powder room is a large bathroom that boasts marble like floor to ceiling tiles, heated floor and towel rail.There is a cosy nook to sit in and the air conditioner/heater keeps the entire area nice and warm in winter and cool in summer. The flat screen television has a built in DVD player and a selection of DVDs are provided. Whilst there is no kitchenette the room has coffee making facilities, a bar fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Crockery, cutlery, glass wear and BBQ tools are supplied, and you don’t even need to wash up as we do it for you. There is an undercover barbecue and plenty of outside seating for you to use. As a treat (summer or winter) guests often enjoy sitting around the open fire pot while having a wine or toasting marshmallows (we supply the marshmallows).Guests have access to the laundry and an iron and ironing board can be provided.
