"I booked a deluxe bed room. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. It felt like sinking slowly and fell asleep soon. The first impression is that it is clean and beautiful, and the room is very quiet and warm. The younger brother and sister at the front desk are also very enthusiastic and the service is very good. There are free small candy and free borrowed umbrellas, parking is also free."

"The hotel was rebuilt from four floors of ordinary houses in town.
The hotel does not have a parking lot. The car has to park in a public parking lot 100 meters away. The mother takes the car and takes the luggage to run back and forth.
The hotel TV is bad.
The hot and cold water pipes in the hotel bathroom are all plainly installed, and the exposed ones are fixed on the wall. Be careful when taking a bath, don't touch the hot water pipe.

"When booking, the photo information provided on the webpage showed that there were two chairs, but there was only one, which was a bit inconvenient and had to sit by the bed. Later, I reflected to the front desk that a folding chair was barely acceptable, but it was not too comfortable.
The waiter at the front desk had a problem with his attitude. It seemed that he wanted to quarrel with the guests. My order was originally for 3 nights. Later, I had refunded 1 night at Trip.com and the refund was received. But the waiter did not ask for details, so he directly told me that I refunded the operation of the room for 1 night. The order should be cancelled and then booked. Her manner of speaking was rude, and the guests were puzzled why they were questioned for no reason, which was very displeased.
In addition, the front desk clerk should take the initiative to ask if more than one person is required to check in, because the elevator must take the room card, if multiple guests are not in and out of the hotel together, it is inconvenient."

What impressed me most was the meticulous service of the hotel. From the reception to the room service staff, every employee is smiling, friendly, efficient and fast check-in, and also actively provides surrounding food recommendations and travel suggestions. I once needed to print documents temporarily in the lobby. The staff not only enthusiastically assisted, but also poured a cup of hot tea for me intimately. This meticulous care is moving.
