"The room was relatively large. Except for the tea leaves in front of the washbasin that were blocked when I checked in, and the cleaning staff who touched the place without washing their hands after cleaning it, which made me feel disgusted, everything else was fine. "The whole experience was okay except for the restaurant service.
Facilities: The Ctrip booking showed that there is a swimming pool, but when I went there, I was told that it was not open.
Hygiene: There was water on the floor as soon as you entered the room, the air conditioner leaked, and the bathroom was clogged.
Service: I checked in in the afternoon and reported the problem when I found it. A manager took us to two rooms and asked for an upgrade. We were two adults and two children. They showed us a double bed room, which was not sincere at all. Although it was a suite, it was Just a bed. There was simply no change, no sincerity at all, and no intention to solve the problem.
At night, right outside our floor is the doorway to the hotel's air conditioner, which is so loud that I can't sleep at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk at 1 o'clock in the night. There was no room. I kept struggling. My best friend slept alone in a room they arranged that said there would be no noise, but it was not the case. Still noisy. We asked for a solution the next day, but there was no reply. They showed us other rooms, which were still the same room type and in the same row as the air outlet. They said the standard rooms were like this. Finally, in order to sleep soundly at night, the four of us stayed in a double room😓
First of all, the hotel staff has poor problem-solving skills. They didn't even consider whether a king-sized bed or an extra bed would be enough. Secondly, although the hotel is 24 years old, the air conditioner is leaking and the sewer is clogged, and they don't pay attention to solving the problem."

They said the car would drive out directly without a license plate, but it turned out that I had to scan the QR code to pay when I left. Although I was later told to refund it, it would take four or five days to refund it😅.

Send a group of pictures to enjoy. The Lanxiu Museum is another great place for nostalgia, where Mr. Tong Buduan, 77, a veteran artist, remains. I have to give a huge thumbs up to the butler service! They added us on WeChat in advance, and everything from directions to food recommendations was answered. Any needs during our stay were quickly addressed with just a simple message on WeChat. This attentive, 24/7 online service really put me at ease.
The biggest surprise was the opportunity to go catching clams! The butler informed us of the tide times in advance, so we followed the instructions and dug for clams and small crabs on the beach, experiencing the joys of being a local fisherman. This unique experience truly added to our trip!
