"I had a wonderful stay at Ji Hotel near Donghai Crystal City during my recent trip to visit the crystal wholesale markets. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to all the major crystal trading centers, making it ideal for professionals in the jewelry and gemstone industry.
The hotel is clean, quiet, and elegantly designed, maintaining the consistent high standards that Ji Hotels are known for. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, check-in was fast and efficient, and they even offered helpful local tips, which was a nice touch.
The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, reliable hot water, and a calming atmosphere—perfect for both business travelers and tourists needing a good rest. The breakfast was a good mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety.

GGuest UserThe service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

GGuest UserI was traveling independently during the Spring Festival, and this hot spring hotel was the one I was most looking forward to, but the actual experience was quite poor. The hot spring didn't feel like an authentic hot spring. The outdoor hot spring would be very cold if the temperature was below 15°C. The so-called private hot spring rooms were just bathtubs connected to the hot spring, which didn't really qualify as private hot springs; you could only soak in hot water. The changing room was a complete mess.
