"Came here for a hot spring dip after a Chinese New Year trip, and it was a huge disappointment. From the moment we walked in, check-in was chaotic and noisy. Either it was overcrowded, or the lighting at night made the hot spring water look incredibly murky. Adults were even letting their teenagers eat grilled sausages while standing in the hot spring, and no one seemed to care. I couldn't take it anymore, so I spent 198 RMB for a private hot spring for just an hour. In the morning, by 8:40 AM, I couldn't even get into the dining area, and people were practically fighting over eggs. Other things to mention: I don't mind an older place, but at least keep it clean! The kettle in our room, which cost over a thousand yuan for New Year's, was just awful. The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were placed on the floor; couldn't they even spend a few bucks on a shelf? It's really inconvenient for older people to keep bending down! Honestly, this place can't compare to those in Liyang, in southern Jiangsu. It's one of the few genuine hot springs in northern Jiangsu, with a great forest setting, but they've done nothing to improve the facilities or service. With such natural advantages, I suggest they take a look at what their neighbors are doing."
