Facilities: Generally good. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy; cleaned thoroughly every day. Environment: Convenient location, especially being within walking distance to Crystal City. Service: Absolutely excellent! The front desk staff were very thoughtful and responded quickly. During my stay, there was a heavy storm and a power outage. The front desk promptly called and knocked on my door to deliver my ordered takeout, which was incredibly reassuring. The restaurant service was also outstanding, always accommodating and attentive. I was very impressed. Overall, the hospitality here made me feel right at home! I'll definitely stay here again!

臨時訂的普通酒店，體驗感超出預期。床品乾淨清爽，沒有異味，枕頭軟硬剛好，枕着不會落枕，一夜無夢到天亮。衞浴空間不大但整潔有序，洗漱用品質地不粗糙，熱水充足沖刷掉旅途疲憊。早上的早餐種類簡單卻夠實在，現蒸的包子鬆軟入味，豆漿温熱醇厚。前台服務很周到，辦理入住退房都快捷，問周邊路線耐心解答，細節裏的用心很打動人，平凡住宿也能有舒心體驗。

Very close to Crystal City, or the closest, the hotel is connected to Crystal City, the underground garage and the ground are connected. It happened to be a market day, right in front of the hotel. However, at dawn in the morning, I heard two or three people in an unknown room on the same floor talking loudly, and it lasted for a long time, affecting the rest of other guests
