Just outside the lobby, there's another viewing platform with small lounge sofas and coffee tables, perfect for enjoying the scenery with a cup of tea. A few kilometers down the road from the hotel is Laomudeng, which is worth a visit. The dinner at the hotel was also quite tasty, though the only downside was that it was a bit expensive. This is probably due to its unique location, which is understandable. Getting to the hotel isn't very convenient, so I'd recommend driving yourself.
