"I'm not used to giving negative reviews, so calling this hotel a business hotel is a bit of an exaggeration. There was no parking available (they pointed to a nearby public parking lot and promised to reimburse the fee, then took screenshots... I was so confused that I had to pay out of pocket). And most importantly, there were no laundry facilities or drying rooms, even the most basic amenities for a business trip. Giving a positive review feels like a lie; honestly, this business hotel is pretty terrible! You can boast about Haikou in the small county of Fuxian, but promoting it on Ctrip is inappropriate!"
