"This hotel was such a wonderful stay, I really want to recommend it to everyone!
I spent several days agonizing over which hotel to choose for this trip, worried about getting a bad experience or not being comfortable. But after staying at this hotel, all my worries disappeared, and it was even better than I expected! I have to give it a big thumbs up!
Let me start with check-in. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a staff member proactively came to help with my luggage. Even though it was just a small suitcase, this initiative really warmed my heart. At the front desk, the staff were incredibly polite and didn't make me wait long. They even gave me detailed information about breakfast times, the elevator location, and even reminded me which street was convenient for eating snacks and which intersection had no taxi queues. These details were so practical and much more reliable than blindly searching for travel guides. I casually mentioned that I tend to wake up easily at night and would like a quieter room, and they arranged a room on a floor further inside, specifically saying, ”This room is far from the elevator, so there's basically no noise at night. You can rest assured.” That alone made me feel incredibly cared for.
My first impression of the room was ”cleanliness,” not the kind that looks tidy on the surface but is actually dusty upon closer inspection. The sheets and duvet cover felt soft to the touch, with no odor whatsoever. Even the pillowcases were neatly trimmed, without any wrinkles. The table and bedside table were spotless, not a speck of dust. I usually wipe the table before checking into a hotel, but the tissues were still white afterward—the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom was spotless; the mirror was completely dry, the vanity was spotless, and there were disposable towels provided. Everything was arranged very neatly, and the toilet was even a smart toilet—great!
The room's amenities were also very practical. The air conditioner cooled down quickly, and the room was comfortable shortly after I set the temperature. It was also quiet enough not to disturb my sleep. The TV screen was large with many channels, and it could be cast. I could even find the wireless HD TV for live channels. It was very comfortable to curl up on the sofa and watch some shows in the evening. The most thoughtful touch was the two charging ports by the bed, including a USB port, so I didn't have to search for power strips. The bedside table also had a wireless charger—extremely convenient! You could even leave your charger behind. The windows are large, and the natural light is excellent when the curtains are open. Waking up in the morning to enjoy a snack in the sunshine instantly lifts my spirits. The soundproofing is also great; while there's some noise from the street during the day, it's practically inaudible with the windows closed. I slept incredibly well at night, without even needing an alarm clock – waking up naturally was so pleasant.
Now, let's talk about breakfast. I've stayed at many hotels before, and their breakfasts were either limited in variety or mediocre in taste. This one is completely different. Breakfast is served from 7 am to 9 am, so even if you wake up late, you won't miss it. There's a wide variety of food, including Chinese options like porridge, fried dough sticks, eggs, and pickled vegetables. They even have two types of porridge: millet and rice, both cooked to a wonderfully smooth consistency – even better than what you get at breakfast shops. It's especially delicious when it's hot, and the fruit is fresh, neatly cut and arranged on a plate, ready to eat right away. The staff frequently come to refill our plates, immediately replenishing the porridge when it's running low and promptly clearing away full plates. The entire dining environment is exceptionally clean, making for a very pleasant dining experience.
There was a little mishap. On check-out day, I was rushing to catch my train and left my thermos in the room. I only realized it when I got to the station. Just as I was getting anxious, the hotel called to say that the housekeeping staff had found the thermos and asked if I wanted to come back for it or have it shipped. I told them I was rushing to catch my train and didn't have time to go back, so I wanted it shipped. They immediately said, ”Don't worry, we'll ship it for you right now. We'll send you the tracking number shortly, so you don't need to worry about it.” The thermos arrived quickly, completely undamaged. I was really touched. It wasn't that the thermos was expensive, but this responsible and thoughtful gesture made me feel very reliable.
Overall, this hotel did an excellent job in terms of service, cleanliness, facilities, and food. There wasn't a single thing I was dissatisfied with. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and will recommend it to my friends who are traveling. Such a great hotel should be known by more people!"
