"Our family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything.
The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful.
We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality.
Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated).
We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!"

Guest UserFirst, the downsides: it was a bit noisy with cars passing by on the side facing the road, my room had two beds pushed together, and I had to install the hotel phone myself to contact the front desk each time. The upsides were that the room was spacious, the beds were large, the housekeeping staff and front desk staff were very friendly, and breakfast was included.

Guest UserOn the positive side, the location is easy to find, parking is convenient, the service is acceptable, the rooms are quite spacious, the bedding is nice, the bed is soft, the facilities are complete, and the cleanliness is acceptable.
On the negative side, 1. The disposable toilet seat covers are too small and don't fit the toilet seat. 2. The hotel is near a road, and I was woken up four times by the horns of large trucks passing by starting in the early morning. The hotel provides earplugs, but they are not very effective. 3. The water pressure is extremely low; the water flow is very weak, making showering very uncomfortable.

The check-in experience is superb, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft comfortable, and the towels are fully hygienic as soon as you lie down. The air-conditioning and cooling are fast and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The overall feeling is as warm as returning home. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

The breakfast door was opened at 7 o'clock, and there was no breakfast at 7:30. Because of the work, I needed to scan an ID card, and the front desk notification could not be done. The environment is satisfactory, the cleaning is very clean, and the service of the restaurant and the front desk has not kept up.

Hahaha said a detail, the bathroom is very clean, the taste is particularly good, this detail really pokes me! !
