"Staying at Wawu Mountain Residence Hotel during the National Day holiday exceeded my expectations! 💯 The hotel's location is superb, right at the entrance of the Wawu Mountain Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk from the cable car station, so there was no rush. Our family room was cozy and adorable, and the kids especially loved it. The room was clean and tidy, the shower water pressure was great, and the electric towel rack was a perfect touch – warm towels after a shower! The service deserves special praise. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and attentive, proactively explaining the sightseeing routes and even thoughtfully providing breakfast vouchers for the children. Free parking at the hotel was a huge convenience for families with cars. The overall facilities were very well maintained. From the comfortable bedding to the fun in the family room, it was excellent value for money. This stay greatly enhanced our Wawu Mountain trip, and I highly recommend it to families with children! 👨👩👧👦"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! A five-star review is a must! We were planning a trip to Wawu Mountain and spent a whole night researching before finding this hotel. I especially want to praise the private hot spring bath in our room – it was the ultimate fatigue reliever! Soaking in my own little paradise, gazing at the scenery outside the window, all my worries vanished. The lake right outside the window was breathtaking! After the bath, I felt warm and cozy and slept incredibly well. The room was also exceptionally clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, making me feel right at home. The hotel's environment and service were excellent; I'll definitely stay here again next time! We went up the mountain before dawn, and the owner got up early to cook breakfast for us and even drove us up the mountain. All our needs were promptly met."
