"This is, without a doubt, the best hotel to stay at in Huailai County. The service was exceptional. I was on a business trip and leaving early, coming back late. The hotel staff went above and beyond by putting my clothes in the washing machine late at night, then drying them, hanging them to air dry, and finally folding them and delivering them to my room the next morning. It was incredibly thoughtful and a huge help. I can't thank them enough, they really solved a problem for me! 👌 Highly recommended. The hotel is new and clean. Definitely worth recommending."

"When I first walked in, the front desk staff said they'd upgraded me and asked me to give them a good review. I said yes! But I was so disappointed! (I don't know why, but over the past two years, whenever I've been told they've upgraded my room, there's always a bunch of issues. Is it really an upgrade?) The first room had a smell, but the one I got was odorless!
Amenities: The phone wasn't working, the curtains were almost ripped, and the towels were frayed from washing – shouldn't they be replaced? The shower head 🚿 was also a pleasant surprise, and the TV was also a pleasant surprise – you'll see!
Cleanliness: Take a close look at the curtains! I won't comment on anything else!
Ambience: Overall, it was okay. Not my style, but I'm not too picky. However, the room wasn't soundproof, and I was woken up by my neighbor! 😞
Service: I booked the room for two reasons: the Vienna brand and the late check-out service. Check-out is at 2:00 PM, and I usually leave on time. I received a call at 12:07 PM asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I was already woken up by the noise, but this made it even more frustrating!"

"The hotel's facilities are generally good, and the breakfast is also excellent, plus the price is affordable. However, this time I encountered a company called 'Beifang Dalu' holding an event here. There were so many people, and the smoke smell was overwhelming. As soon as I checked in with my luggage, I ran into them all leaving a meeting, and everyone was crowding the elevators. With my suitcase, I couldn't even compete and had to wait for a very long time. Upon reaching the 5th floor, it was also full of their people, and it was extremely noisy. The next morning, they started making noise again around 7 AM, shouting loudly in the hallway. I really hope the hotel can separate individual guests from large groups in the future, or at least inform guests before check-in. If I had known, I might have chosen a different hotel. It really affected my stay and quality of rest too much."

"Nice hotel but a little bit dated. The bathtub in the room was a nice size but made loud noises with any slight movement as if it might fall apart at any moment. The electricity was also out when I arrived. So rather than walking up to the 12th floor, I chose to explore the area for 3 hours. Not sure if the electricity was only the hotel but the restaurant and mall i went to both had electric so it may have been. Overall good value and one of the nicer options in Shacheng."

"Wonderful hotel and stay. Not too far by car from the train station, but a bit isolated and no restaurants outside within easy walking distance. The hotel has restaurants in the main building which served excellent dinner. The hot spring was nice though the water was not very hot. Amenities were clean and complete, very satisfactory. The only issue if you have your window open is there are rain tracks relatively nearby and the noise from passing trains can be a bit irritating. Overall an enjoyable and relatively recently priced stay. Would return."

You can stroll around the ancient city when you go out, and you can also see the night view of the ancient city at night. It is very convenient! The surroundings are very quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are not many people in the city at 7 or 8 o'clock in the evening. It is very pleasant to sit in the yard with a few friends, drink beer and eat something!
The homestay is in a traditional courtyard style, with blue bricks and gray tiles. There is a small swimming pool in the yard for children to play, as well as a rest area. It is very photogenic and has a great feel! The room facilities are modern, clean and tidy, with dry and wet areas separated, making it convenient for bathing. Charging cable, instant hot water kettle, clean and convenient, as well as mineral water and drinks, the kids love it and are very happy. The young man who received us contacted us in advance, picked us up at the gate of the ancient city, delivered breakfast, and provided warm and thoughtful service!
The room rate is not cheap, especially during statutory holidays, but after all, it is within the scenic area and has an independent courtyard. The facilities and cleanliness are very good. It is still recommended to stay for one to two nights!

The environment is excellent, and the service is attentive. You can choose to stay here if you're going horseback riding in Taishizhuang. Breakfast is available for an extra fee of 30 yuan per person; I'll try it next time.

Anonymous UserThe room was clean, except for the coffee table which was not cleaned well. Everything else was good. The service is very good. Whatever you need is delivered immediately and all questions on WeChat are answered. The room was fully equipped, but disposable slippers were left in the room. The first time I ordered it, I only received one pair. In addition, as a family farm B&B, the room is equipped with so many different types of pots and a chopping board. I think the most needed thing is a small refrigerator. The small yard is good, but it lacks A bit of privacy. At night, my husband and I grilled skewers, drank wine and talked about life in the yard. The children in the yard next to us were running around, which was a bit annoying. Maybe it’s because we really don’t like children. But the small vegetable garden is really beautiful. Although it was a cloudy day with no stars, my husband grilled a few hot peppers by hand while grilling skewers, and they were really delicious. We also asked the store whether we could eat there and how much they would charge. The shop owner was very welcoming and told us it was okay to pick a few to eat but not to take away. The bed in the room was not very comfortable, the mattress was of poor quality, and the pillows were too high. I wish they could provide a lower pillow option. All in all, it was a very satisfying little leisure experience and I hope to have the opportunity to go there again.

They are doing remodeling here out front and on the street. Restaurants located nearby. Owner and front desk were very friendly. Breakfast is located at a nearby restaurant. Room was clean and quiet.
