"The hotel's setting is truly lovely. On a clear day after the rain, you can enjoy distant views of the reservoir, and there are geese and ducks by the small lake in the garden. The non-motorized children's play facilities are also well-maintained. However, the rooms are a bit on the small side, and the decor isn't quite up to 5-star standard. The big slide at the children's water park has very limited operating hours. What's more, a relatively easy slide surprisingly requires kids to be over 1.5 meters tall to use, which frankly underestimates how capable children are in the water these days."

"We went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation."

"The room was clean, except for the coffee table which was not cleaned well. Everything else was good. The service is very good. Whatever you need is delivered immediately and all questions on WeChat are answered. The room was fully equipped, but disposable slippers were left in the room. The first time I ordered it, I only received one pair. In addition, as a family farm B&B, the room is equipped with so many different types of pots and a chopping board. I think the most needed thing is a small refrigerator. The small yard is good, but it lacks A bit of privacy. At night, my husband and I grilled skewers, drank wine and talked about life in the yard. The children in the yard next to us were running around, which was a bit annoying. Maybe it’s because we really don’t like children. But the small vegetable garden is really beautiful. Although it was a cloudy day with no stars, my husband grilled a few hot peppers by hand while grilling skewers, and they were really delicious. We also asked the store whether we could eat there and how much they would charge. The shop owner was very welcoming and told us it was okay to pick a few to eat but not to take away. The bed in the room was not very comfortable, the mattress was of poor quality, and the pillows were too high. I wish they could provide a lower pillow option. The housekeeper Xiao Xu would walk back to the room with us after dinner, and would watch us leave in the car when we were leaving. If you have any needs, just mention them in the WeChat group and they will be responded to and solved immediately. The daily arts and cultural activities are also very attentive. Intangible cultural heritage inheritors are invited to teach. We order one meal and one activity, and the remaining meal is ordered in the restaurant. The ingredients are good and the taste is good. The breakfast is indeed a bit simple, but the quality of the ingredients is good, especially the fried dough sticks, which was praised by everyone.
The hotel is in a winery and is very quiet. However, because the area is relatively large, the management of landscaping is not easy, so some details can be improved. GGuest UserI recently visited Huailai and chose this hotel. The experience was truly wonderful! Upon entering, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they provided helpful information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. My impression of the hotel was instantly positive! The room was spacious and bright, with a warm and comfortable decor. The bedding was soft and clean, instantly washing away any travel fatigue. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were high-quality. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, making it a great start to the day. The hotel is also incredibly conveniently located, not far from nearby attractions, and is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and taxis.
The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was exceptional. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends!
