"We really chose the right hotel for this trip! It's super close to the train station, a 10-minute taxi ride away, making it easy to lug our luggage. The room was spacious and bright, with a small sofa by the window perfect for resting. The bedding was skin-friendly and didn't stifle sweat, so I slept soundly all night. Junjun was especially thoughtful, proactively pointing out the free parking nearby. The value for money was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city!"

"First of all, the hotel is located at the foot of Shungeng Mountain. The garden-style environment is great. The hotel is not high. The rooms with balconies facing the garden are all business and executive rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool, a gym, and a table tennis table, which the children are very satisfied with! The facilities are relatively new, and the whole hotel is filled with wood fragrance, which is quite comfortable. The service is satisfactory. I don't know how the breakfast is without booking. I thought I could drink beef soup or eat special breakfast in Huainan, but there is nothing nearby, so I still booked the hotel breakfast!"

The frontdesk workers and other general staff are very hospitable and give off that welcoming vibes. The room is highly equipped with automated modern facilities such as toilet, tv, bed, curtains and lights. Huanyu Superior Duoble Room was very exquisite with that queenly outkook and an atmosphere set for a queen to indulge in. Additionally, the room is spacious inclusive of private make up area for the queen, spacious bathtub and shower, sofa and table along with a mini bar in the serving area. One recommendation though is that the hotel can improve the aroma therapy in the room and the frontdesk area. Additionally, there can be a bit more inclusivity of western dishes on the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to experience top class hotel services in Huanyu. "

Their professionalism and efficiency reassured me throughout the entire process. Worried that I might be lonely and scared, Anshi stayed by my side throughout the journey, gently soothing me and sharing personal stories to distract and ease my anxiety. On the way to the hospital, she received several calls from different hotel staff members, asking about my well-being and expressing concern. At that moment, I suddenly felt like this wasn't a strange city, and the person before me wasn't a stranger. It was like being at home and feeling unwell after a meal, accompanied by my family. Once at the hospital, the receptionist accompanied me every step of the way, helping me register, see the doctor, pay the bill, and pick up my medication. She meticulously attended to every step, ensuring my smooth treatment. What touched me even more was the diagnosis process, which required a blood test. The hospital representative, sensing my fear, gently pulled me into her arms, covered my eyes, and patted my shoulder, offering comfort. Even in a foreign land, I felt the warmth of family. The test results were thankfully not serious. Upon returning to the hotel, Anshi escorted me back to my room and brought me millet porridge and hot water. I learned that Siyu had also prepared millet porridge for me on my way to the hospital. The porridge warmed not only my stomach but also my heart. Siyu came up to see me again around midnight. The next morning, as I left my room, the floor manager, Kongyan, kindly asked, ”Are you feeling better? We also have nourishing millet porridge for breakfast. Feel free to try some.” At that moment, I realized how cared for by everyone at Atour.
