"客觀説：房間整體乾淨、停車方便、前台小姑娘態度禮貌，這幾點值得肯定。 💔但整體入住體驗非常失望，最大硬傷：隔音極差+夜間噪音擾民+客訴處理極度敷衍。 五一入住夜裡10點半後，三樓有住客敞門聚眾喝酒開派對，大笑喧鬧、酒瓶磕碰噪音關上門都擋不住，整棟樓一樓到三樓全被吵到，大人孩子根本沒法入睡。聯繫管家後僅簡單上去提醒，安靜不到十分鐘噪音立刻反彈，一直吵到半夜快12點，全程沒有二次跟進、也沒有任何正式致歉。 1. 隔音拉胯，夜間嚴重噪音騷擾 本次出行帶長者孩子，2間房在一樓、1間在三樓。晚上9點噪音初起，尚能理解；可到夜裡22:48，三樓依舊有客人敞開房門聚眾飲酒、高聲喧嘩鬨笑，全程像開派對，刺耳噪音穿透力極強，關緊房門依舊轟鳴刺耳。管理人員可以查看一下該樓層5.2日監控核實。 不止三樓，就連一樓長者的房間也全程被噪音影響，但我家長者晚上沒告訴我們，我的天早餐時候聽我們説起，他們才告訴我們，三間房整晚睡不好，孩子完全無法正常入睡，一直持續到接近午夜12點，已經達到擾民程度。 服務上，客訴處理敷衍，毫無閉環與擔當 主動聯繫酒店管家反饋噪音問題，對方僅回覆已經上去提醒。短暫安靜不到10分鐘，喧鬧聲再次原樣恢復。酒店後續沒有派人複查、沒有長效制止噪音、也沒有主動回訪休息情況，事後全程沒有鄭重道歉、安撫或者任何補救措施，處理客訴的專業度、責任心嚴重不足。 因為我預訂之前打過電話，都是含早的。但真實到店，早餐規則需要手機做很多操作註冊。 完成一系列手機操作，才能兑換贈送早餐，流程繁瑣體驗差，早餐本身口感、品類也很普通。 早餐品質也很一般。 常年高頻出差旅行，極少寫不是很好的評價，都可以理解，但這次真的忍無可忍。帶娃、帶長者、睡眠輕、想要夜間安穩休息的朋友，真心避雷。酒店硬件尚可，但服務管理、問題處理能力急需大幅整改。"
