"Invited by a friend to visit Liling Ceramic Valley, I booked a room temporarily. I got a leisure suite by accident.
Hygiene: Average. I understand that it was because of the rush to get a room, and the details of the bathroom hygiene need to be paid attention to.
Environment: Satisfactory. The front desk said that the leisure suites are all on the seventh floor, so I can hear the sound of the mahjong machine in the next room, so I won’t say anything.
Facilities: Complete. Everything you need.
Service: Needs to be improved. I called the front desk and thought I could send two more bottles of free water, but there was no, they just emphasized that there was water for sale in the vending machine outside."

"On another business trip to Liling with colleagues, I chose the Wyndham Hotel again. Since my first stay was a bit unpleasant, I've gotten to know the front desk staff quite well. When they saw me arrive this time, they thoughtfully assigned me a room closer to the residential area, saying that because my work is demanding, this would help me sleep more soundly. That was very considerate. My company's reimbursement policy doesn't cover breakfast, so I didn't book a room with it. However, they kindly sent up two complimentary breakfasts. The service was so heartwarming, truly commendable! The room also features a three-way dry/wet separation, which is incredibly practical for a double room – something I particularly appreciate. It prevents any awkwardness when someone needs to use the toilet while another is showering. The room's cleanliness has significantly improved since my first stay; I specifically checked some corners and details, and there wasn't a speck of dust. They also seem to have addressed the feedback I gave last time, including changing the placement of the towels and bath sheets, which shows the hotel is genuinely committed to good management. Breakfast was as excellent as ever, and it's also why I have such a good impression of this city – thanks to its delicious food. A small complaint, though: the air conditioning is incredibly powerful; I literally woke up frozen in the middle of the night [facepalm]. And Liling's weather is genuinely odd; it rains every time I visit, making the air sticky and uncomfortable outside. I lose all desire to go out and explore. I hope for sunny weather on my next trip!"

"The aroma in the corridor is too heavy. People are dizzy and the hotel is open with KTV. The room is very large, but the lights are too dark. Turn on all the lights. It is not enough to turn on to the brightest, especially the sink light is too dark for girls to make up. The parking space at the door is very limited, about eight, and when it is full, you can hear the parking lot behind the hotel. After parking, you have to go around the hotel from the street. It is not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. The advantage is that the location is good, in the most prosperous area."

JeslynNgThe room was clean and tidy and there would be no smell. The overall style of the hotel is dark. We stayed at night and it would be darker, but it was very stylish during the day. The bedding was very comfortable, the toiletries were complete, and the rest was good. There are also several restaurants nearby, there is a small fried shop next to it that tastes very good (the last picture), there is a row of skewers opposite the hotel, all open late. Breakfast is on the first floor. Although it is simple, there are some, and there is boiled noodles. It is delicious to add an omelette. Write a review when checking out and give a ceramic cup, the front desk lady is very kind. Very recommended this hotel, satisfied and cost-effective 👍

Guest UserWe chose this hotel for our trip to Liling. It's very close to the pedestrian street and the museum. The room environment is also very good. We have three rooms, and they arranged us on the same floor and gave us an upgrade. Thank you to the front desk lady 👧. We also gave us a ceramic cup when we left the store! ! The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory, but the soundproofing of the guest rooms is a little poor, but overall it is very good!

The reception was very polite, hot pillows, to help tourists who arrived at Fuling for the first time, and take the initiative and experience. .
The room is quite big, clean and tidy, the bed is big, the sleep is very comfortable, the air conditioning, hot water is no problem, the toilet is clean. .
Unfortunately, the breakfast the next day was very bad. In addition to not much to eat, the service was particularly poor. Before 9 o'clock, I kept taking away the dishes and urging me to eat well?

Guest UserI took the children to Fuling during the summer vacation and chose this hotel. I was very satisfied overall. The staff were very polite and smiled. They felt very gentle. The rooms we booked took the initiative to help us upgrade. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bedding was pure cotton. Very comfortable! Breakfast and Fuling's special fried noodles, do not have to go outside to queue up to eat the hotel tastes very good, it is recommended! Fuling is worth a visit!

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The river-view rooms offer a wide and beautiful view. The hotel restaurant serves Liling cuisine, cooked to suit individual tastes, and the food is quite good. There is both surface and underground parking. The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection is plentiful. The hotel is not far from both sides of the river, making it a great place for an after-dinner stroll. The lights are beautiful at night.

This time, I would like to thank the hotel's service staff. Our things are pulled at the hotel. The hotel takes the initiative to help contact the courier, send it out in time, and follow up the whole process, so that we can rest assured. Guest UserAs a local Fuling local, I have known this hotel for a long time. The first time I stayed, although the hotel was not newly renovated, the room was clean, the service was warm, and the air conditioning effect was great. All aspects are very good, I will come again next time I need it!

Guest UserThe room was generally clean, but there was some feces left by the previous guest on the toilet bowl that hadn't been properly cleaned. The toilet seat was closed, so I had to use the showerhead to flush it myself. There was also long female hair on the sink, indicating that the cleaning staff were somewhat careless. Overall, however, the room was nice, convenient for getting around, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The bed was also very comfortable!
