The hotel's location is excellent, a prime spot that's quiet despite the hustle and bustle downstairs. The area downstairs is lively and convenient, but the room was exceptionally quiet, ensuring a good rest. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and there was no odor at all. The bathroom was dry and tidy, with no blind spots, and toiletries were provided. The attention to detail showed great care, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was also impeccable! The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They proactively introduced the hotel facilities and breakfast hours, and responded promptly to any needs with a gentle and patient attitude. The online booking process was smooth, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
