"My stay this time was a pleasant surprise, and I'm not a shill! I have to give it a five-star rating! 1. The location is uniquely advantageous, right on Gangcheng Avenue, adjacent to Poly Plaza, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Transportation to all parts of the city is convenient. The hotel's underground parking is connected to the mall, so self-drivers don't have to worry about parking, and there's no exposure to wind or sun, making travel incredibly convenient. 2. The service was impressive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and the staff were polite and enthusiastic, responding quickly to any issues. The hotel is equipped with smart delivery robots, making the service attentive and the overall experience excellent, showing great tact in guest relations. Because my child wanted to see the room in advance, the front desk attendant enthusiastically took us up to see it, even though my reservation hadn't been found at that time. They weren't at all perfunctory. Since the extended service on my order couldn't be used due to late check-in, the front desk even specially sent a fruit platter. The staff delivered the hangers I needed, and even the kettle I left at the front desk during check-in was promptly delivered to my room! 3. Check-in convenience is maximized. There's a 24-hour manned front desk, and you can also check out quickly from your room. Face recognition door access, elevator control, smart room controls, free parking, charging stations, and luggage storage are all available, making it very friendly for both business and family travel. Furthermore, exiting the underground parking is convenient; no need to scan codes or register at the front desk! 4. The room is large, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also good. The room details are very well done. The entire room is clean and tidy, the linens are soft and comfortable, and all sorts of toiletries and facilities are fully prepared. There are many thoughtful small details that need special mention! Because this is one of the few hotels I've stayed in that truly embodies being family-friendly. All facilities in the room have no sharp corners! The washbasin, table, sofa, and even the bedside tables are all rounded! And it's equipped with a sterilizer! You can feel the hotel's attentiveness, making for a relaxing and reassuring stay. Plus, the room has free snacks, beer, and drinks! In short, it's full of thoughtful touches! 5. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including Chinese hot dishes, various pastries, congee, cold salads, fruits, and drinks, catering to both northern and southern tastes. The food is fresh, and the dining environment is clean and bright. Eating a hearty breakfast early in the morning brings a full sense of happiness. And, pay attention! The tables are cleaned very promptly and thoroughly! Breakfast service hours are even extended until 11 AM, which is great for those who had a long day and don't want to rush breakfast the next morning!"

It's the kind of hotel I would stay at again next time I go to Longkou, and I highly recommend it. Let me mention a few details: 1. We arrived at 6 pm on the 11th. After entering the room, we found there was no water, and although there were three adults and one child, there were only two sets of toiletries. We called the front desk, and the receptionist said that housekeeping had closed and the toiletries wouldn't be delivered until after 9:30 pm. The water would also have to wait because there was no one at the front desk to deliver it. I think this is a bit unreasonable. 2. Later, we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and a bath. When we returned to our room around 9 pm, we called again. This time, they quickly brought us toiletries and baby slippers (I don't understand why, even though it's a family room, there weren't any children's items). The response was quite fast this time. I personally think the receptionist on duty at 6 pm was probably in a hurry to leave, because she was very indifferent when we checked in 🤷♀️ The receptionist who took over was quite nice. 3. The food in the restaurant was all quite good, so you can order with confidence; there were no bad choices. The restaurant staff were also very nice and professional, patiently recommending things to us each time. Introducing the dishes, five-star review! 👍 4. We booked a family room with two beds, sleeping three adults, but it only included breakfast for two people. I think either the price should be for all three breakfasts when booking, or it should be waived. It was the first time I'd ever had to pay extra for breakfast for one person at a hotel, which made me feel the hotel's layout was inadequate, haha. 5. The bathroom environment was quite good. We didn't use the free tickets provided by the hotel, but instead bought an 89 RMB package, and the experience was quite good. Personally, I think it's better value for money than Jin Yaoban. 6. We communicated with the receptionist (not the one who greeted us on the first night) about a delayed check-out, and she readily postponed it until 2 PM, which was also a big plus.
