When we returned to our room around 9 pm, we called again. This time, they quickly brought us toiletries and baby slippers (I don't understand why, even though it's a family room, there weren't any children's items). The response was quite fast this time. I personally think the receptionist on duty at 6 pm was probably in a hurry to leave, because she was very indifferent when we checked in 🤷♀️ The receptionist who took over was quite nice. 3. We booked a family room with two beds, sleeping three adults, but it only included breakfast for two people.
