"The location is excellent, close to many of Meishan's famous attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the breakfast is plentiful. The front desk staff were very welcoming, bringing fruit and snacks to the room, and even giving us Meishan's specialty longan pastries upon departure. "The new hotel is located in downtown Meishan. We arrived close to midnight, and the security guard was incredibly welcoming, getting into our car and leading us to the garage. He directed us to park before leaving. Due to limited availability, we booked a family room. The window was a bit small, but the facilities were relatively new, and the cleanliness was quite good. The linens were clean and soft, and water and takeout were delivered by robots.
Because it was a family room, they even provided children's toiletries, a thoughtful touch! 👍🏻
The water pressure was excellent; even on the sixth floor, the water flow was fast. The air conditioning required pressing a green indicator light to activate, and the projector was good.
The room's soundproofing wasn't great. We were woken up at 8 am on Saturday by a wedding procession who blocked the elevator, which was incredibly annoying...
The hotel breakfast was clean, hygienic, and had a wide variety. After complaining to the lobby manager about the wedding procession disturbing guests, they sincerely apologized and offered explanations. The security guards promptly intervened, and the manager even gave us a complimentary cup as an apology.
Upon check-out, we simply gave the room key to the front desk; there was no room check.
Overall, the hotel is fantastic, especially the service team. Their overall professionalism is excellent, and their adaptability and problem-solving skills are commendable.

GGuest UserIt was a very good living experience. It was very spacious. We stayed on the first floor, and the balcony had a great view. It was beautiful for taking photos. The bed was also very large and warm. My baby cried when he slept because he was too hot, haha 😄. We even took off the down pad on the bed. The housekeeper service was also very good. The lady was very nice, and my baby loved them too. When we went to Wawu Mountain, they offered to lend us skis. We didn't think we needed to buy them, but the owner happened to lend them to us. Thank you so much, haha. It felt very practical when we went up there. It wasn't so tiring to drag the baby around. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed in a family room. Since our children were adults, we called ahead to confirm three beds, which were very comfortable and not crowded at all. The hotel was very nice and clean. There were three hot springs, and the front desk lady was very helpful, providing tips and services. Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed by heavy rain, preventing us from climbing Mount Emei. Instead, we drove to the nearby Liujiang Ancient Town and Guangming Temple. Guangming Temple is highly recommended, and a must-see if you're not in a hurry. The temple also offers vegetarian meals, rice paddies, lotus ponds, and a hydrangea gallery.
So, even if you can't hike, staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and recuperate. It's well worth it.

This time, the weather wasn't quite warm enough for water activities, so we focused on all the indoor facilities. Archery, basketball, badminton, table tennis – our two non-swimming days were packed! In the evening, we even joined the Mini Club's Candy Monopoly event. You could really tell how dedicated all the staff were. It was a great opportunity for the kids to perform on stage, and they absolutely loved it! Our customer service manager, Mandy, was incredibly attentive from check-in, sending us daily activity schedules and always being quick to help when needed.

My family went out for a hot spring bath together. When I arrived in the afternoon and turned on the lights, I felt that the whole room was very clean and beautiful. The ground was wooden and the bathroom was tiled. I thought the wooden floor was already very good, but when I turned on the air conditioner, I found that it was not. There is another switch that also controls the temperature. I turned it on without much thought, only to discover that there is floor heating under the wooden floor. The wooden floor in the entire room is heated and it is very comfortable to walk on. The TV in the room is embedded in a TV wall.
