WWeCht****The original intention of checking in was because I was curious about the attentive service of a hotel with more than a thousand reviews and a 4.9 rating, so I booked this hotel to experience it, and then I found that it was really weird👍
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy
Environment: Many delicious restaurants nearby can be reached on foot, which is great. I like the scenery at the elevator entrance. There is a pot of green plants next to the glass window.
Service: The service is very timely and thoughtful. What impressed me most was that when I came back and entered the lobby, the PA aunt who was doing hygiene in the lobby said hello to me. She was really enthusiastic. The waiters in the breakfast room were also very enthusiastic.
Facilities: There are yoga rooms, gyms, self-service laundry rooms, tea bars, and chess and card rooms. They are really good and cost-effective.

GGuest UserIt was a very good living experience. It was very spacious. We stayed on the first floor, and the balcony had a great view. It was beautiful for taking photos. The bed was also very large and warm. My baby cried when he slept because he was too hot, haha 😄. We even took off the down pad on the bed. The housekeeper service was also very good. The lady was very nice, and my baby loved them too. When we went to Wawu Mountain, they offered to lend us skis. We didn't think we needed to buy them, but the owner happened to lend them to us. Thank you so much, haha. It felt very practical when we went up there. It wasn't so tiring to drag the baby around. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThe location of the homestay is excellent and the road conditions are convenient for self-driving. The wide view on the top of the mountain is refreshing, and the foot of the mountain is the Laoyu Mountain Scenic Area. The environment is very comfortable, and there is a small hiking loop around it! The room facilities are good and the sanitation is very clean, and the smallest standard room is also very spacious. Very quiet, good bedding, soft and hard mattress, suitable for sleeping comfortably. The most important service is very good, the little brothers and sisters are very enthusiastic, the meals are also delicious, especially the noodles for breakfast 👍 The real pet-friendly no charge, there is a free tea picking experience, afternoon tea coffee is very exquisite, quiet viewing the mountains and listening to the wind is very pleasant. In short, I can hardly pick anything wrong, and I want to come later.

The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful rest. Facilities were complete, toiletries were readily available, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The front desk service was warm and attentive, with efficient and quick check-in and check-out, and prompt responses to any questions. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, offering great value for money, with attentive details and heartwarming service, making it an excellent choice for travel accommodation. I will definitely consider it again next time and highly recommend it.

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed in a family room. Since our children were adults, we called ahead to confirm three beds, which were very comfortable and not crowded at all. The hotel was very nice and clean. There were three hot springs, and the front desk lady was very helpful, providing tips and services. Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed by heavy rain, preventing us from climbing Mount Emei. Instead, we drove to the nearby Liujiang Ancient Town and Guangming Temple. Guangming Temple is highly recommended, and a must-see if you're not in a hurry. The temple also offers vegetarian meals, rice paddies, lotus ponds, and a hydrangea gallery.
So, even if you can't hike, staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and recuperate. It's well worth it.

I was incredibly lucky this time, as I received a free room upgrade. The environment was very comfortable, located right at the entrance of the ancient town, with a large lawn where I could fully enjoy sunbathing.

GGuest UserThis is our second time at Club Med! Last time we had a blast swimming and playing in the water. This time, the weather wasn't quite warm enough for water activities, so we focused on all the indoor facilities. Archery, basketball, badminton, table tennis – our two non-swimming days were packed! In the evening, we even joined the Mini Club's Candy Monopoly event. You could really tell how dedicated all the staff were. It was a great opportunity for the kids to perform on stage, and they absolutely loved it! Our customer service manager, Mandy, was incredibly attentive from check-in, sending us daily activity schedules and always being quick to help when needed.

My family went out for a hot spring bath together. When I arrived in the afternoon and turned on the lights, I felt that the whole room was very clean and beautiful. The ground was wooden and the bathroom was tiled. I thought the wooden floor was already very good, but when I turned on the air conditioner, I found that it was not. There is another switch that also controls the temperature. I turned it on without much thought, only to discover that there is floor heating under the wooden floor. The wooden floor in the entire room is heated and it is very comfortable to walk on. The TV in the room is embedded in a TV wall. The colors of the round table and chairs next to it can be seen to be consistent with the decoration of the entire room, and they look very coordinated. There is a children's playground on the first floor downstairs, with trampolines, projection games, slides, carousels, building blocks, etc. It is quite good to take the children to play in it before dinner. We soaked in hot springs at night and saw that there were indoor and outdoor ones. There were several pools outdoors. The decoration was like a pavilion hung with lanterns for lighting. It was a simple style. We found two pools, one high and one low, next to each other to soak in. The water in the upper pool It will flow to the pool below, and the water temperature in the upper pool is higher. It is about the temperature that will make your heart beat faster and sweat on your forehead after soaking for 10 minutes. After soaking in the hot pool for a while, I feel that my heartbeat is too fast, and everything behind is below. Soak in a pool with a slightly lower temperature. I have never soaked in a hot spring before, so I thought there would be some smell. In fact, the water here has no strange smell at all. I didn't expect that the density of the hot spring water seems to be much higher than that of ordinary water. If you relax your arms completely, they will not fall to your side. , the buoyancy can support the entire forearm level. When I went back after soaking in the hot spring, I saw that there seemed to be several spots bubbling around the indoor hot spring pool. There were a few people soaking in the bubbling area. It was probably interesting. I would like to try it if I come back next time. Try it, the indoor pool is relatively large, and I saw children playing in it with swimming rings.
