WWeCht****The original intention of checking in was because I was curious about the attentive service of a hotel with more than a thousand reviews and a 4.9 rating, so I booked this hotel to experience it, and then I found that it was really weird👍
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy
Environment: Many delicious restaurants nearby can be reached on foot, which is great. I like the scenery at the elevator entrance. There is a pot of green plants next to the glass window.
Service: The service is very timely and thoughtful. What impressed me most was that when I came back and entered the lobby, the PA aunt who was doing hygiene in the lobby said hello to me. She was really enthusiastic. The waiters in the breakfast room were also very enthusiastic.
Facilities: There are yoga rooms, gyms, self-service laundry rooms, tea bars, and chess and card rooms. They are really good and cost-effective.

GGuest UserIt was a very good living experience. It was very spacious. We stayed on the first floor, and the balcony had a great view. It was beautiful for taking photos. The bed was also very large and warm. My baby cried when he slept because he was too hot, haha 😄. We even took off the down pad on the bed. The housekeeper service was also very good. The lady was very nice, and my baby loved them too. When we went to Wawu Mountain, they offered to lend us skis. We didn't think we needed to buy them, but the owner happened to lend them to us. Thank you so much, haha. It felt very practical when we went up there. It wasn't so tiring to drag the baby around. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Looking out the hilly pastoral scenery, the morning tea garden terraces are misty, the environment is particularly quiet, the whole homestay has 5 rooms, which is too suitable for people who like a quiet holiday. Soup pot and breakfast, afternoon tea are delicious, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. The guy at the homestay is very good and pet friendly. As a price of 1400, it would be better if the room facilities were more intelligent and equipped with a better sound. Overall it is recommended.

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed in a family room. Since our children were adults, we called ahead to confirm three beds, which were very comfortable and not crowded at all. The hotel was very nice and clean. There were three hot springs, and the front desk lady was very helpful, providing tips and services. Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed by heavy rain, preventing us from climbing Mount Emei. Instead, we drove to the nearby Liujiang Ancient Town and Guangming Temple. Guangming Temple is highly recommended, and a must-see if you're not in a hurry. The temple also offers vegetarian meals, rice paddies, lotus ponds, and a hydrangea gallery.
So, even if you can't hike, staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and recuperate. It's well worth it.

I was incredibly lucky this time, as I received a free room upgrade. The environment was very comfortable, located right at the entrance of the ancient town, with a large lawn where I could fully enjoy sunbathing.

FFuqinOur entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. We've stayed at Club Med in Lijiang before, and this experience at Heilongtan was a bit different. When our car arrived at the hotel entrance, there were no bellhops to assist with luggage, and the lobby felt rather disorganized with no one to greet us. This might have been due to it being a weekend and our late arrival around 10 PM. However, it still felt a bit lacking and forced. That said, it doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent review. Apart from that one point, everything else was practically perfect. There's nothing to complain about. This trip was for two adults and one child, focused on spending quality time with our little one, so we didn't arrange for childcare. The facilities were very comprehensive, and our child had an absolute blast. We even caught a fireworks show the night before we left, which was a nice stroke of luck. Breakfast was quite varied, and there was plenty of seating. Despite the weekend crowd, everything was well-organized with no chaos. We stayed for two short days and will definitely bring our child back to play again. Vivi from Guest Relations provided attentive care throughout our stay, making our family feel very at ease and ensuring all our requests were met – absolutely fantastic! I forgot to take photos in the end, so I've used a few official ones. A bit of a shame, but I'll make up for it next time.

NNuonuozhubaobeiThis time, I stayed at the InterContinental Paradise Resort Chengdu Black Dragon Lake with my child, and it was the ultimate 'effortless parenting' experience. The sheer variety of parent-child activities exceeded my expectations, with everything from dining to accommodation and entertainment all in one place. No extra planning was needed, making it incredibly convenient!
The hotel's parent-child facilities are top-notch, covering both indoor and outdoor activities, offering a fresh experience every day. The Floch Family Club on the B1 level is a paradise for kids, with inflatable slides, a ball pit, a children's cinema, and staff leading crafts and interactive games, allowing parents to completely relax. There are 21 different indoor children's activities available for free every day of the week, including DIY workshops and an indoor archery range, which are great fun. The whole family can create crafts together or team up for archery competitions, making for joyful and warm memories.
The outdoor activities were even more surprising! The water park boasts a huge infinity pool and a heated pool, perfect for summer fun and warm hot spring soaks in winter. There are also exciting activities like rice field fishing, duck catching in the water park, and kite DIY, keeping the kids entertained to no end. The live-action CS, children's go-karts, and ATVs are super cool, letting the little ones team up for 'battles' and race around tracks, unleashing speed and passion. The Happy Farm allows you to feed adorable animals and pick fruits and vegetables, which is a wonderfully meaningful way to connect with nature. On weekends, there's even a bubble party, with kids chasing and playing amidst a sky full of bubbles, creating an incredible atmosphere.
The service details were also incredibly thoughtful. Before check-in, a butler contacted us in advance to address our needs. The family room was equipped with bed rails, a small toilet, children's toiletries, and a small tent – attention to detail was impeccable. The dining options were extensive; the buffet breakfast catered to everyone's tastes, and dinner even included special interactive activities for children, allowing parents to enjoy their meal in peace.
Here, children can fully expend their energy, while parents can cycle around the lake and relax, immersing themselves in the beautiful lake and mountain scenery and quality family time. This is the top choice for parent-child holidays near Chengdu, highly recommended for families with kids. I'm already looking forward to coming back again!

BBenseGGThe front desk upgraded the room to a room with floor heating. The room facilities are good (see the photo, it should be newly renovated later) and clean. Floor heating is relatively comfortable in this weather. It feels good to soak in a natural hot spring on a lightly snowing day, but the pool is not fully open yet, so I feel a little regretful that I couldn't fully experience it this time. A great place to relax and soak in the hot springs on the weekends!

GGuest UserObjective evaluation, first look at this hotel review and see a terrace, then open the reservation interface and set it directly, but only after I went, I knew that the first room type was on the first floor, and I couldn't see the lake. There was a wall outside the window, but this even if I didn't look at all the room types.
Second, the general location is still OK, very close to the lake, it is more convenient to eat or something.
Third, health and facilities are indeed general, the bathroom has a taste, the projection is old, but considering the remoteness of the area, it is reasonable.
Fourth, the check-in experience is really poor, the voltage is unstable, so the lights have been flashing during the rest, and the sound insulation is very poor. I was woken up without waking up in the morning on the first floor. I have been noisy. The bedroom at home is closed. There is no way.
Overall, this price is not cheap. If this price is slightly remote in Chengdu, you can also live in a better chain, so it can't be compared with the chain, but considering the remote location, the surrounding scenic spots are not incomprehensible, so in general, the price is mostly in the location, As for the accommodation experience, it is probably around the pass line.
