When I used the self-service laundry, I had to wipe down the inside and outside of the machine, as well as every surface I could reach. Such clean washing machines are truly rare in mainland hotels—after wiping them with alcohol wipes, there's not a speck of dirt visible to the naked eye. I bumped into a lovely girl in the lobby who mentioned this, and she explained that they're incredibly particular about hygiene. This obsession with cleanliness also made me feel incredibly safe. Interestingly, the laundry room has a selection of books, including family, leisure, and travel books that fit the hotel's business travel style, as well as German travel books that align with the hotel's brand. In the laundry room, I even saw Vogue, Red Show, and Harper's Bazaar. Wouldn't it be more perfect if I could also see Elle?"
