"Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, everything is available, and it is very comfortable.
Service: The front desk service is super good. I have lived in a hotel for so long, and this is the first time I have encountered a ID card holder. It is really great and considerate. There is also free sour plum soup at the front desk. I really need a cup on such a hot day.
In such hot weather, the hotel also turned on the air conditioner in advance. The service is really good. The room is also very large and the air conditioning temperature is super comfortable.
The breakfast is also very rich, self-service, with rice, rice noodles, fruits, and drinks. I can only come to Peng'an and stay at the Lavande Hotel. It is really very comfortable."

"This spring holiday took the children back to Peng'an, stayed in Peng's safe season for 3 days and two nights, in short, super worry-free! First of all, the hotel configuration is very good: the log wind is simple and elegant, the lobby tea is aromatic, the front desk is efficient and gentle, and the check-in is in seconds. The room is spotless, the water pressure in the constant temperature bathroom is stable, the intelligent guest control voice control light curtain, and the silence is good for sleep. 60 bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and latex pillows are in place. Secondly, free tea, supper and laundry room are very intimate. Breakfast is ecologically direct and rich in categories. The focus is on the full details, especially the service is intimate and superb 👍👍 moderately not disturbed, thank you for the warm service of every careful service staff throughout the season, this trip is safe and relaxed, and will be selected next time."

"The room was good, just entered the hotel, the front desk service was warm and worthy of praise, and I also specially gave me two room cards to facilitate our entry and exit. The room attendant was also very enthusiastic. The mineral water was not enough. After the request, it was sent very quickly, but the hotel was the most dissatisfied. Breakfast, The hotel provides breakfast from 7 am to 9 am. I stayed for three days. At 8:30 on the first day, half of the dishes were gone. The next day, 8:20 to two-thirds of the meals were gone. What's more annoying is the third day. I arrived at 8:10, except for rice noodles. Other meals are all empty, ask the waiter, the attitude is also bad, say you do not come early, say half an hour early, strangely end breakfast at 9 o'clock, why did not eat at 8:10, even more hateful is that there is a passenger with two children, because there is rice noodles, So I asked the waiter to cook two more bowls of rice noodles, and actually asked why people eat so much! Damn! It is worth affirming that the front desk service quickly apologized after knowing the situation, made amends, and also sent a Peng'an specialty twist and fruit!"

The service of this hotel is very good. Because I want to watch the Bainiu Ferry River, when I understand the situation, the front desk patiently explained. Including parking location, the way to play across the river to the island, the time is very clear. Hotel parking is free, just less than 100 meters away. We want lunch and ask where is better, the front desk directly introduces the restaurant upstairs in our store. At first, I was a little suspicious, is it Gu's own business? ! But after going upstairs to eat, I know that it is delicious and cheap.

The elevator is repaired again. The aunt has gone downstairs to help carry the suitcase. With the tea house, there are more mahjong rooms and it will be a bit noisy. The front desk lady changed a quieter room.
