"Exceeded expectations! It's right next to Wyndham, but I chose this hotel instead because it's newer. The hotel has a pleasant lemongrass scent, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is attentive. The staff were super friendly, not only helping with a room upgrade but also giving extra handicrafts to the kids. The breakfast was delicious, especially the milky noodle soup, and I highly recommend the braised pork buns. It's located next to the Wenmai Fang commercial area, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling spot, so you can really enjoy your visit. The only minor downside is that the gym is a bit basic. A highly recommended stay if you're visiting Qionglai!"

"A beautiful inn with the best vibes! We didn’t get to use the bbq / fire grill outside but it was pleasantly offered along with snacks. The lobby area has a great space for tea. Overall a great stay but there were a couple cons I just have to mention: compared to other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in around the same price range, their basic rooms are smaller. We also got woken up at night by loud noises and I know it’s our fault for leaving the window open but if you are sensitive to sounds then just ask ahead."

"Sitting one day in the room and I heard a big crash.
I thought a big vehicle ran into the side of the building.
Upon inspection I found one of the big windows in the room broke into thousands of pieces. The staff gave me a different room across the hall that had 2 beds which I didn't need and a massage chair that I did use a few times. I had a bad case of diarrhea my entire stay in Qionglai. One night while in the bathroom the staff came into the room and in the bathroom while I'm on the toilet and refused to leave me alone. That was a bit brutal and insulting. Kust because i had diarrhea. Can you imagine? Immediately after leaving Qionglai of my week stay in this hotel and going to Chengdu my diarrhea disappeared. I was glad to leave Qionglai."

"Service: The front desk service was quite good and prompt.
Facilities: I thought I'd try it since it was newly opened. The automatic door at the entrance wasn't very sensitive; even when I was at the door, it wouldn't open unless I pulled it back. Quite awkward.
Environment: Newly renovated, the atmosphere was okay. There was a strong smell of wood from the renovation. It definitely smelled like new construction; I suggest checking for formaldehyde.
❌❌❌Cleanliness: When I entered the room, I was going to use the toilet, and I found hair on the toilet seat. Two hairs, no less! 😂 The front desk immediately changed my room. They gave me a breakfast voucher. I rested for a while at noon, but in the afternoon, I still felt uneasy and changed hotels. I didn't stay that night!"

The bed is big enough, sleeps comfortably, and there is a small sofa area. The homestay has a small yard, the number of rooms is not large, and it is quiet. The boss is very enthusiastic and also told us about the strategy of Zhuhai and Yougu Town in West Sichuan. The main store is very close to the Zhuhai Scenic Area in West Sichuan. However, I phoned the host for directions and he very kindly came to the bridge to collect me. The hotel is central and in a great location. The room was spacious and clean and the common areas are really nicely decorated and furnished with old wooden features. The owner is really helpful and speaks good English and is very happy to chat and share a drink. I really enjoyed his home made baijiu. My stay in Pingle was great and I would happily recommend this hotel.

BBaiyixiongI have planned to go to Shouzhuo several times in the past few years, but I missed it because of things. This time the Dragon Boat Festival finally happened. Shouzhuo is located deep in the Bamboo Sea. The roads are easy to walk and the transportation is very convenient, but you have to be careful when you miss the bus sometimes. Once you enter the Bamboo Sea, your mood will become very good, and the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. There is no need to turn on the air conditioning in the room, just turn on the fan and it will be cool. The inn has its own parking lot and charging stations. As soon as you enter the inn, you are attracted by the architecture and scenery. It is definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Every step is a view. The room was neat and clean and it was so comfortable. The service is excellent. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and will try their best to meet any request. Any words mentioned unintentionally will be taken seriously by them. In the afternoon, a food box was given for afternoon tea, and in the evening there was rice noodles and fermented glutinous rice as a midnight snack. The breakfast was a customized meal, which was rich and delicious. I made a reservation for dinner and chose a meal price of 200 per person. I must make a reservation one day in advance. It's delicious and the portions are so generous that several tables nearby said they couldn't finish it. There are various activities such as pot throwing and archery in the inn. There is also a rice dumpling making activity on the afternoon of Dragon Boat Festival. You can choose to cook dinner for dinner or take it home. In the afternoon, the staff took us out to go fishing for crabs. The staff brought small buckets and nets to accompany us all the time. Let’s go out to watch fireflies together at 9pm. There will be more fireflies in July and August. At night, you can catch a lot of crabs in the river ditch in front of the inn. With this kind of comfortable life, I plan to stay for a few more days during the summer vacation. The room is very big. The children sleep in the attic and we sleep below. The tatami is super big and suitable for reading and drinking tea. The room is equipped with air conditioners, fans, electric blankets and heaters. I thought the curtains would let light through, but I didn't expect them to be very suitable and I could have a good night's sleep. Eye masks and earplugs are also provided in the room, but of course they are not needed. Summer is here, so the inn can prepare more ice cubes or cold beverages and beers, suitable for everyone’s late-night snacks. All in all 100 points, see you in the summer!

GGuest UserCheck-in: I contacted the front desk in advance before going there on Saturday morning and learned that I could check in directly. What was even more surprising was that we were upgraded to a new room. On the day of check-in, we were given welcome fruits (four big apples, real 😝), milk, cheese biscuits, and coffee. There was also a portable canvas bag with the hotel's cultural and tourism logo, which contained mosquito repellent, anti-itching cream, and a very cute small folding fan. The hotel staff wore tie-dyed robes, which were very literary. The literary and enthusiastic staff recommended the hotel's activities and surrounding restaurants to us. It can be said that the service was very thoughtful and made us feel at home.
Room: The room is spacious and comfortable, with a panoramic balcony where you can listen to the stream, look at the distant mountains, and see egrets (there is an egret perched on a big tree next to the room, and you can see its figure every day). The bathroom, shower, wash, and hot spring are separated into dry and wet areas. Because it is a panoramic room, it is surrounded by forests on three sides, and you can see a painting just by looking up. Activities: We went to the Red Army Long March Memorial Hall during the day, and walked a long way along the road from Hongqiao at night, one to see fireflies and the other to enjoy the evening breeze. Other B&Bs: When I returned, I saw many B&Bs with neon lights on, and visited a few of them. The B&B operators here are very good at living and raising various plants, including succulents.
