"This hotel is super close to Wanda Plaza, making it really convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Parking right outside the entrance is a breeze too. The surroundings are lovely, and an evening stroll by the lake is absolutely picturesque. The hotel rooms are carpeted, which really helps with soundproofing, and the bathroom is quite spacious. The hotel even offered a room upgrade, but I was too lazy to repack my things, so I just stuck with my original room. The toiletries provided are excellent, and the large bathtub is definitely a highlight. Even when it's chilly outside, the indoor temperature is perfectly comfortable – unlike some hotels that can get overly warm. This place had the ideal temperature and even came with a humidifier. Oh, and I particularly loved the pillows here; they were so soft and cozy. The breakfast spread was extensive. There were so many items in the room that I didn't really take many photos."

The service was very good. There were many things provided, such as hair bands for girls, makeup removal wipes, facial masks, chargers, mouthwash, and even nail clippers. The bath towels were packed for you by the front desk. There were welcome fruits when you arrived, desserts when you left, and umbrellas when it rained ☂️ The service and facilities were better than those of five-star hotels in first-tier cities. The boss really has a vision. I wish your business gets better and better and you can continue to maintain the existing services. Recommended"

"This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Qiqihar, and I returned again, largely for the fantastic local barbecue. As always, it was wonderfully welcoming and comfortable. My license plate was pre-registered, allowing me to park directly in the underground garage without any hassle. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was diverse, featuring delicious Daifuku and rich, aromatic coffee. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite – a truly thoughtful gesture that made my stay even better. A staff member at the front desk was incredibly helpful; after check-in, she proactively sent a message with thoughtful tips on how to use the smart home voice activation system and even pointed out the location of the remote controls. Her service was meticulous and professional, making me feel truly at home. I would definitely choose to stay here again because of her warm and attentive service. The upgraded room featured a smart voice assistant, activated by 'Hello, Jinjiang', and they even offered convenient robot delivery services for takeaways and water. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Feihe Bridge. After dinner, we enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the lake and across the bridge, truly soaking in the relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere."
