"I booked blindly online. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, polite and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the shuttle bus to Zhalong Scenic Area, very close to the night market and Fatty Fu. There is a supermarket, coffee and KFC opposite, and a pub nearby, which is very convenient. There is also airport pick-up and drop-off service, souvenirs when you leave the hotel, and fresh fruits delivered every day. I am very satisfied."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right by Yun Jian Bridge, offering lake views. The front desk staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic, giving great recommendations for Qiqihar's local cuisine. Special thanks to Xiao Pingguo (Little Apple)! Breakfast was also pretty good."

"The hotel's location is decent, convenient for dining, right next to a street full of barbecue and BBQ restaurants. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a table at Mijia during my four-day stay, sigh. The rooms were actually quite good, spacious and comfortable. The downsides are, as others have mentioned, the restaurant is open-plan, and the lobby smells strongly of food. Also, there's only one elevator, so you often have to wait a long time to go up or down. I suggest changing the hallway lighting; it's dim and a little scary when returning to the room."

"We stayed from July 13th to August 16th, 2025. The park grounds are huge, well-maintained, and clean. Building 4, where we stayed, is old; the carpet in the room and hallway is dirty, the bathroom and shower are filthy, and the ceiling is covered in old stains from a leak. Overall, the room is very tired; there's only one chair in the double room. The windows and mirror are dirty. I wouldn't recommend a room in this building. The service matches the building, and the staff is unfriendly. The thermal springs don't inspire confidence; the water is stagnant, and the bathtubs are always crowded. It's unclear when the water is changed. I didn't see any pumps to refill the water. The restaurant, especially in the evening, can be full; people stand around waiting for you to vacate. The food is okay and tasty, but like all Chinese food, it's greasy. Fruit options include watermelon and tasteless cantaloupe. Coffee is only available at breakfast, and it tastes disgusting; there are no coffee beans. The tea is also disgusting; it feels like all the water is mineralized. The only decent water is in the bottles you can buy. Three days were enough for us; there's nothing else to do."

"During the National Day holiday, I brought my family and child to Qiqihar and chose the Wanda Realm Hotel. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The shopping area next to the hotel is well-equipped, making shopping very convenient. The personal butler was wonderful, with top-notch service. The one-stop service was very thoughtful. They pre-registered our license plate number, provided detailed parking directions, and updated us on local weather conditions. Their 24-hour responsiveness made us feel very well taken care of. The check-in experience was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with touches reflecting the local Zhalong Wetland's unique character throughout. The lobby even had a souvenir shop with a wide variety of choices, including cute fridge magnets, Feihe dairy products, and other Northeast specialties. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich, well-balanced, and featured local delicacies. Thumbs up to the hotel! I hope it continues to improve."

There is a gym where friends who like sports do not leave the store. The hotel breakfast is also delicious. The waiters smile every time. They will say hello when they go out and enter the door.
