When we realized the mini fridge was not working, they replaced it very quickly, which I really appreciated. The location is another big plus — it’s right next to the park and within walking distance to both the morning market and night market, making it very convenient for sightseeing and food. There are just a few small areas that could be improved, such as providing a hair dryer in the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it for the great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff."

Service: The front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively helping with room arrangements. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with both local specialties and Western options, and the food was delicious. Overall, it's great value for money, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. It's on my must-stay list and I highly recommend it!"

"1. There are cigarette butts on the floor of the room, and the sanitation is worrying 2. Turning on the air conditioner while taking a shower would trip the circuit breaker, causing the house to be pitch black. The water heater directly produced boiling hot water, which scalded the child. I contacted customer service and they replied that there was no problem and it was a normal phenomenon. The key point was that I tried it twice and it was pitch black before I concluded that the air conditioner and electric water heater cannot be turned on at the same time. I was really drunk 3. There are secondary consumer items concentrated on the TV cabinet, but there is no detailed consumption list. There is a charge for using disposable seat cushion covers in the bathroom (the charge item is not marked on the packaging bag). The money is not much, but the lack of clear price marking makes it very suspicious."
