The hotel boasts excellent location and top-notch facilities. The service process is well-standardized. Although there was a minor hiccup during my stay, the front office manager's professionalism and expertise were outstanding, and they resolved the issue perfectly. I look forward to staying here again!

The hotel is newly opened, and the room smelled terrible, so I had to open the window to air it out. The room was poorly cleaned, and the staff were lazy and made excuses, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was lackluster, and what was most unbearable was that several chefs would come out and eat with the guests during breakfast, picking and choosing food at the counter. It was such a bizarre sight; I've never encountered anything like it in all my hotel stays. When I complained to the staff, their responses were very perfunctory. The room facilities were inadequate; bath towels and hand towels were even draped in the toilet because there were no wall shelves in the bathroom. Five-star hotel prices, three-star facilities, and two-star management.

This stay at Orange Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a refreshing citrus scent. The environment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient with check-in, and provided attentive service. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were complete, and the water pressure and temperature were consistent – ​​attention to detail was evident. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money. Clean, comfortable, and with excellent service, it's perfect for both business and leisure travel. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again!

This trip made me rediscover the beauty of All Seasons Hotels! Especially after my less-than-ideal hotel experience in Heihe, my experience at All Seasons in Qiqihar was absolutely fantastic! A special thank you to Xiao Huo!!! Our first night was late and cold, and she not only helped us find parking but also single-handedly pushed two large suitcases. Recommended by a friend, and Hotel Fengdu didn't disappoint! The hotel has a simple yet elegant style, perfect for photos. The in-room amenities are smart and convenient; controlling the lights and curtains by voice was a breeze. The bedding was comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness – I slept soundly all night. The hygiene was impeccable, with a clean and bright washroom area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff (Yibei) were warm and natural, not overly intrusive, which made for a relaxed and comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

Back in Qiqihar for business, my first choice is still Hemei. The service is consistently excellent. The front desk upgraded my room, and check-in was super fast since I arrived in the afternoon. I went to the Chinese restaurant and had a bowl of 'dalu mian' and tomato and egg noodles – tasted just like home, and only about ten yuan! The next day, I was back at the Chinese restaurant for lunch. I needed to sort out some documents, and since I had already checked out, they found me a private room. The dishes were outstanding as always, and the value for money was unbeatable. After lunch, with my documents ready, I went to the hotel entrance and bought some of their homemade braised chicken, pig trotters, and other marinated goodies – absolutely delicious! In short, whenever I go to Qiqihar, Hemei is still my top pick.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The room's amenities were brand new, and the smart features throughout were incredibly convenient and efficient. USB charging ports are conveniently located by the bed, making it super easy to charge devices without having to hunt for power outlets. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, ensuring I could sleep in without being bothered by sunlight. Complimentary bottled water and tea were provided and restocked daily, a thoughtful touch that showed great attention to detail.
