There's a conference room on the 19th floor of the hotel. (Could they have communicated or clearly marked the corridors as no-smoking areas?) 4. Cleaning: We left after breakfast this morning and returned to the hotel at 3:00 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned. We planned to get some sleep and contact the front desk, but at 4:00 AM, the front desk lady rang the doorbell, waking everyone up. 5. Front desk service: It was basically up to standard."
