The hotel's location is also great, very close to the Yunmenshan Tourist Resort (with well-designed activities) and the Yunmen Dajue Zen Temple (featuring superb garden design)."

"This hotel has great surroundings and facilities, but it's let down by the details, and the management is consistently disappointing. I booked a room with a private hot tub specifically for a relaxing hot spring trip. On the first night, the hot spring water wasn't hot enough (staying below 34°C). I called the front desk, and they sent an engineer to fix it (which took an hour). By then, it was quite late, so I didn't get to soak for long. I thought it would be fine the next morning, and I could have a good soak after breakfast, but to my surprise, even after running the hot water for half an hour, it still hadn't reached 30°C. So, I called the front desk twice more to report the issue (it's worth noting that the phone in the room was completely useless, so I had to use my own cell phone for all communications).
