"This is actually the Dong Village Hotel recommended in Lonely Planet, but the owner changed the name. It’s an atmospheric old wooden building with stunning views. The English speaking owner was very helpful in arranging a car to pick us up from Sanjiang station and then drove us (for a reasonable fee) to Fenghuang. Otherwise hard to make connections from Chengyang."

"Sanjiang accommodation preferred! Jiangjin Hotel's river view healing journey, back to my hometown and passed by Sanjiang, blindly selected Jiangjin Hotel directly lived. The location of the hotel is simply unique, just in the Moon Street Scenic Area, a few steps walk is the Drum Tower and Fengyu Bridge, surrounded by small shops selling ”Sanjiang Spring” specialties, there is a health hall on the first floor, one stop to eat, drink and play, the most amazing is the river view room, open the window is the unobstructed first-line river view, In the morning, watching the sunrise shine on the river, it is really beautiful! At night, listening to the sound of the river, I fell asleep quietly, and the sense of healing was directly filled. It is worth choosing first here, it is definitely the treasure choice of Sanjiang accommodation! Five-star recommendation 🌟"

"It is the off-season, and the hotel and the scenic area are very quiet. You can calm down and enjoy the sights. The store has upgraded the tatami room, which is super big. It is no exaggeration to say that 10 people can stay in it. The bedding is new and clean. It is 200+, including breakfast, and the cost-effectiveness is high. Because there are few guests, there are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is okay, and there is absolutely no problem in eating enough."

"The Courtyard by Marriott Liuzhou Sanjiang in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County of Liuzhou is relatively more low-key than the Marriott. But it is located on the edge of Sanjiang County and is quite large in scale. The style of a grand hotel, the staff are very polite and the service is enthusiastic. It was already past 1pm when we arrived, so we had lunch in the hotel for two people, which cost ¥260. We had fish in sour soup, stir-fried black pork with spring bamboo shoots, and stir-fried water spinach with garlic. Authentic flavor, good. Also the breakfast was good. Can recommend it to you."

"The room was not bad, the special room we stayed in, the bed was a bit hard. There is hot water for 24h and the water temperature is very stable.

"The room was great, very clean, and perfectly located within the core area of Chengyang Eight Villages. Our balcony offered a fantastic view directly facing the Wind-Rain Bridge. It was very convenient for visiting the different villages; we could easily take the riverside path right in front of the guesthouse for a close-up view of the bridge and direct access to the main attractions along the river. A special highlight is the enchanting night view you can enjoy."

"This time I came to Sanjiang and stayed at Guangyuezun Hotel, which was unexpectedly good! The transportation is convenient. You can take the bus directly from the high-speed rail station. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Doye Square, the Bird's Nest and Sanjiang Wind and Rain Bridge in the county center. The interior environment of the hotel is also very elegant, reflecting the Dong style everywhere, giving people a different kind of warmth. The room is big, soundproofed, and cleaned promptly. I stayed there for two nights and still felt like I hadn't stayed long enough. Whether it is the front desk or the staff, they have a good attitude and treat guests like family, which left a deep impression on our group of four! Next time I have the chance to come to Sanjiang again, Guangyuezun will be my first choice!"

"Passing through Sanjiang, this last-minute booking turned out to be a wonderful surprise. We received a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from the window was stunning. A thoughtful touch was a book in the room about the local Sanjiang Dong ethnic group, offering insights into their culture. Children's toothbrushes and slippers were also thoughtfully provided. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options; we particularly enjoyed trying the local specialty, Sanjiang Youcha, which was quite good. Xiao Yang at the front desk provided exceptional service, and the two staff members in the restaurant were also incredibly helpful. Their service truly deserves high praise! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit."

GGuest UserOur stay at Sanjiang Juyoulou Inn was great and the Inn owners are a sweet, amazing couple that helped us out a lot!
We wanted to learn about the local handcraft and the owner helped us to organise a lesson in Chinese embroidery through some of his contacts, which was so cool! They also helped us to book places for the banquet and the festivities at the drum tower, which, through a collab, is also cheaper than if we had booked them ourselves :)
On our last day, we left for the rice terraces in a even more rural area, and the owner explained us exactly - with a sweet hand-written note - how to get there with the different busses we needed to take. He also drove us to the first bus stop in his personal car for free. Amazing and kind people, a beautiful room and a nice view :)

GGuest UserYou can't drive in, you have to park at the entrance of the scenic area and then buy a ticket to enter. You can ask the boss lady to help you buy it in advance. It is cheaper than the scenic area or the platform. I stayed in 401. The room environment is average. It is opposite the elevator entrance, so it is a bit noisy, but you can still fall asleep if you are tired. There is a rooftop to dry clothes. The boss lady has a good attitude and a good temper. You can ask her if you don't understand.

LLaoOxiaoThe owner gave very clear instructions. If you call ahead and have a local tout take you into the scenic area, the experience would be much better. It feels like the scenic area charges fees just for the sake of it. The entrance and exit are quite far from the actual sights, and you're forced to take their electric shuttle, which leaves a bad impression.
The hotel's location is excellent, and it offers great value for money. If you've never stayed in a wooden original-style room, you can give it a try. However, if you prefer cleanliness and quiet, you might want to look elsewhere.
We missed the Hundred Family Banquet for dinner, so we found the busiest restaurant. We waited for a long time, but the food was pretty good.
It was a bit disappointing that it was pitch dark at night. As I said before, it's fine if you're passing by and want to pop in, but if you're making a special trip, you might want to reconsider!

JjyoenenRight after crossing Yongji Bridge, this hotel is nestled in the heart of the village. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Drum Tower and other attractions in Ma'an Village. The hotel has an elevator, which is a huge plus for guests with luggage. Each room boasts a unique style, and the views from the top floor are absolutely stunning. They even have smart toilets and Dyson hairdryers. Plus, disposable towels and other amenities are provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Stepping out, you're immediately immersed in the lively and charming streetscape, making it incredibly convenient for an evening stroll after dinner or soaking in the local atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comprehensive and thoughtful amenities. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that after a busy day, lying down instantly melted away my fatigue, and I even found my sleep improved. What truly stood out was the staff's warm and attentive service. Check-in was highly efficient, and they proactively offered information about nearby dining options and parking. When an issue arose, their response was incredibly prompt; their assurance of 'Please don't worry, we'll take care of it immediately' made me feel completely secure and at ease. From its prime location and comfortable rooms to its meticulous and thoughtful service, Tiramisu Hotel truly embodied 'attentiveness' in every detail. Having stayed in numerous places for business, I can genuinely say this hotel comes highly recommended. The next time I visit Sanjiang, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

The rooms are well-equipped, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided excellent service. There's a convenience store and restaurants right downstairs, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. It's very quiet at night, which led to a fantastic night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!
