"One of the most bizarre hotels I've ever stayed in. Right after check-in, the front desk repeatedly told us that as foreign nationals, we could only stay one day, repeating this several times. After showering and picking up a towel, I noticed a strange smell. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was due to a leak under the sink. I contacted the front desk, and their phone was incredibly sticky. I spoke to them on speakerphone, and they immediately arranged for staff to come. Later, they offered to change our room, but only to a room at the far end of the east side. We were worried about the heat, so we declined. In short, my stay was extremely unpleasant. The next morning at 8 AM, they called and asked us to come downstairs to show our ID cards, probably because of a police requirement. I happened to run into a manager and told him about my poor experience. His conclusion was to blame housekeeping. I believe the problem stems from staff shortages. The same housekeeper came several times that day to help clean up the stains left by the plumbing repairs. They were working very hard, and I don't understand why the company would directly blame the frontline staff. I hope management will seriously consider this complaint, as it appears to be a staff shortage. Everyone was busy with their own tasks and constantly interrupted by phone calls (front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff all experienced this).
