"The room was clean and refreshing, the staff were warm and friendly, and their attitude was excellent. It's right next to Wuyue Plaza, and the underground parking is very convenient. They even provided eight bottles of mineral water in the room because of the heat. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay with the kids. Laundry was also very convenient; the clothes were washed and dried immediately, so we didn't have to take them back to wash. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic; everything was to our liking. We tried the noodles, handmade buns, and oat milk. We even packed some coffee to go. The fully automatic voice control system was incredibly smart. Thumbs up!"

"I went home during the holidays and stayed here for one night because the highway was too congested. I didn't expect the experience to be so good.
Facilities: large bed, small refrigerator with a lot of snacks;
Parking is very convenient.
Hygiene: neat and clean; there are clean bathrobes;
Environment: There is a residential area next to it, very quiet, very close to the highway toll station and very convenient;
Service: The front desk was very careful and upgraded our room. He also said that if we were hungry, we could go to the restaurant to get the remaining eggs. I didn't take them at that time.

"I went to the hotel on a business trip and decided to experience it. The location is very convenient to all places in Tianchang. The hotel decoration is very new and the style is what I like. The design bookcase in the lobby is quite colorful.
The room was cleaned very clean, the soundproofing was not bad, the facilities were relatively complete, and there were complimentary coffee tea bags and so on.
The mattress in the room is soft and sleeps at ease.
The hotel service is more enthusiastic, intimate, and basically can respond as soon as possible. It feels better than the hotel here. The service is good and I asked the name."

"The hotel has its own parking space next to it. When we checked in at night, we were given a midnight snack of rock sugar and snow pears. The note on it was quite warm. As it was the second day of the Chinese New Year, we only had noodles and wontons for breakfast. The family room was on the third floor. We just had to walk through a corridor and go up to the third floor. There was no elevator, but luckily we didn't have that much luggage, so it was fine."

There is a laundry room on the third floor, and the washing and drying machine is very clean and equipped with laundry detergent. The front desk is very warm and polite and responsive. The faucets in the room have hot water in seconds, constant temperature (no state of hot and cold), and there is free parking at the entrance of the hotel. Next time I come to Tianchang, I will choose this one.
