"Room was clean with new linen and towels and cleaning service was great. Bathroom was small but new and well maintained. There didn't seem like there were any room that would have a good view. Front office staff were polite and friendly but spoke no English and needed to keep my passport overnight for police check. Coffee in lobby was horrible and no coffee in the room. I did not ask about breakfast but as there is no dining room I guess I didn't miss anything. Not too bad value for the money. Overall I was satisfied"

We asked the front desk for alcohol wipes, and they simply said they didn't have any (the hotel actually did, a cleaning lady gave us some later). Then there's the auntie at the hot food station for breakfast; she acted as if everyone owed her something. When asked what was in the steamer, she just told us to look ourselves. When we ordered noodles, she couldn't remember who ordered which, leading to only one of us out of three getting their order. If that's just her personality, fine, but she was indifferent to guests yet smiled brightly at her colleagues. I suggest strengthening employee training."
