"Staying at the Lobster Jinling Hotel was an experience filled with thoughtful service from start to finish. The room came with a capsule coffee machine, and they even included detailed instructions, showing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and polite, always greeting us proactively and kindly inquiring about our plans and meal intentions, meticulously recommending the hotel's signature lobster dishes. Unfortunately, my friend had already booked a meal at 'Shrimp God,' so I missed out on trying the hotel's lobster this time. The breakfast service was excellent, with timely replenishment of dishes. From check-in to dining, you could feel the staff's patience and attentiveness everywhere; they responded quickly to any issues and provided thorough, unhurried service.
