"Staying at the Lobster Jinling Hotel was an experience filled with thoughtful service from start to finish. The room came with a capsule coffee machine, and they even included detailed instructions, showing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and polite, always greeting us proactively and kindly inquiring about our plans and meal intentions, meticulously recommending the hotel's signature lobster dishes. Unfortunately, my friend had already booked a meal at 'Shrimp God,' so I missed out on trying the hotel's lobster this time. The breakfast service was excellent, with timely replenishment of dishes. From check-in to dining, you could feel the staff's patience and attentiveness everywhere; they responded quickly to any issues and provided thorough, unhurried service. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and the outstanding service left a deep impression. Next time I'm in Xuyi, I'll definitely save room to try the hotel's lobster."

"The stay experience is great! There is late night porridge in the evening, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the response is timely. The room is soundproofed and rested quietly at night without interruption. The room facilities are complete and intact, there is no smell, and the overall is fresh and comfortable. There are many lobster shops around. It is too hot to go far. I chose the shrimp lobster downstairs. The quality and taste of the shrimp are very good and worth recommending! Next time I come to Shanghai, I will stay at Atour!"

"I was in Xuyi for a business trip and chose this newly opened Jinling Hotel. We arrived quite late, and I was initially worried that check-in would be a hassle. To my surprise, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, processed everything quickly, and even thoughtfully provided a complimentary fruit plate – truly excellent attention to detail. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, plus a large bathtub perfect for relaxing. The bedding was soft, and the room had good natural light and ventilation. The most pleasant surprise was the water setup: two bottles of room-temperature mineral water and an additional two bottles of iced mineral water. They truly understand guests during the summer! 👍 The hotel's facilities are comprehensive; the gym and pool are both free to use, and there's a supermarket downstairs, making it a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment – very convenient. The cinema isn't open to the public yet. The location is great, and the parking lot is large, so parking was absolutely stress-free. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xuyi!"
