The hotel was excellent! The lobby is spacious and bright. We were traveling with children, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They proactively provided toiletries for the kids, including slippers and toothbrushes, and even sent up complimentary fruit, which was a very thoughtful touch. Check-in was super quick. Our room was very clean, and the smart toilet in the bathroom was a great feature. I also really enjoyed the shower with its built-in music – a nice touch! The breakfast selection was good and suited everyone's taste; my child especially loved the pumpkin pancakes. It's a fantastic hotel, and we'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

酒店服務很熱情，遇到的服務人員基本都笑臉相迎，設施比較簡潔，基本配置都有。環境不錯位於文化園裡麪，有個人工湖湖上有棧橋，適合散步；衞生條件不錯，地面、床單被套都很乾凈。酒店裡麪還有個農耕園，園裡有不少蔬菜玉米聖女果什麼的，但疏於打理，聖女果爛裏許多，玉米也生了許多蟲，甚是可惜，忍不住掰了2根玉米煮了很香。看到有住客説小湖裡可以釣魚，問前台也説可以，但門衞保安前來制止，也不知道到底能不能釣，趁保安不在釣了一下，裏面魚很多，比較容易釣，小雜魚多，也有鯽魚，個體不太大，裏面5-6斤的大草魚也不少，魚線拉斷了一回。要説不足有幾點，一是地理位置比較偏僻，周邊除了本身和對面有個不大的黃花塘景點，其他商業餐飲基本沒有，不過可以去高速入口附近的小鎮上吃老鵝，味道很棒，也很便宜。再有就是房間有些許裝修味道，建議常開窗通風，還有就是房間燈就一個開關，晚上一關就沒光，開了太亮，建議配個枱燈或落地燈啥的另外光源。還有一點就是酒店離高速比較近，晚上有一些噪音，敏感人士可能有些不太適應。總之這是一家性價比非常高的酒店，很適合鄉村遊和休閑度假。
