"From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were wonderful, very friendly, and even helped with our luggage. "The hotel's hardware is excellent, but its service and management get a zero. We checked in after 4 PM, and the room wasn't even ready yet. After it was finally cleaned, I walked in to find the previous guest's socks still sitting on the bedside table, as shown in picture one. It made me seriously doubt if they even cleaned it properly.
The hotel's swimming pool is an Instagram hotspot, but because it's outsourced, the actual experience was a zero. There are no lockers! The entire changing room is as small as shown in picture two – that's it! The floor was covered in water and trash, and no one was cleaning it. There were no towels unless you paid 10 yuan for a disposable one, and no slippers unless you paid another 12 yuan.
The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and no local specialties. Compared to other state guesthouses like the Wuxi Taihu Hotel, Nanjing Dongjiao Guesthouse, or Wuhan Donghu Hotel, the breakfast here was basically on par with a county government guesthouse. All in all, it's absolutely not worth the price. Booking the Zhijin Hotel was definitely the biggest regret of my Guizhou trip."

"The service was great! They offer complimentary popcorn, tea, coffee, drinks, and candies. There's also a small convenience store inside, perfect for grabbing travel essentials. The room was spacious, quite a long rectangle – it felt like a little trek from the door to the window! The shower pressure was excellent, and the washing machine and dryer were both brand new. Plus, there's a swimming pool for kids to enjoy. There aren't many dining options nearby; you'll need to drive about 7km to the nearby Pingyuan Ancient Town for food. We went to Zhijin Ancient City for a 'laoguo' (hot pot), and there's also a Temple of Wealth to explore. It's a decent choice for a stopover on the way to Zhijin Cave."

"A great hotel with a great location and convenient transportation and parking. The lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite for free when we brought our little friend with us. My little friend naughtily broke the lid of a tea cup in the room and we were not asked to compensate after informing the front desk. It was a great stay experience. "The room facilities are all right, but you need to be a member to watch any type of TV. The kids can't even choose a cartoon. It costs 12 yuan a day to activate the membership, which is a bit of a rip-off. The hygiene is not very good. When I lifted the quilt, there were things and black spots on it. It didn't look like blood. I don't know what it was. Didn't they find it during the room inspection? When booking a room, you have to check whether it comes with breakfast or without it. It's not necessary to pay a few dollars more. Other hotels all include breakfast for two. Also, some rooms have crickets in the cracks of the wall. You can't catch them. It's so noisy! ! ! 😡I told the front desk later and they said they would change the room. I said the room had been moved and they wanted to charge me for cleaning. It was not my fault. I didn't hear crickets chirping when I entered. They changed my room for free. The service of the front desk lady was quite good and patient."

Guest UserThe room is very clean and you will feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient to use. There is no landline in the room, but Xiaodu is very convenient to use and you can find the front desk with just one call. The front desk service is very good. They help you check in and send you to the elevator and door of your room. It feels very friendly. You can always hear warm greetings when you go in and out. You feel very respected. As for the price, it is a bit expensive, but it is worth it. I like it very much and highly recommend it.

I didn't expect to stay in such a unique Tangchi Hotel in the middle of the city. It is located at the gate of Pingyuan Ancient Town. The environment is very good, the parking lot is very convenient right at the door, and there are local specialties in front. The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities inside are very high-end. All the rooms are smart, and each room is decorated differently and has its own style. The Tangchi room has a unique charm. We are a family traveling together, and we love the parent-child room we booked. The ethnic-style room is more distinctive. There is also a large lounge in the atrium where you can drink coffee, read books, drink tea and chat. A group of us listened to music in it, and the breakfast was also very delicious. LindaXYZGo to Zhijin Cave to play. I set this hotel and stayed for one night. Except that the location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find, everything else feels good.
