The attractive 2-room apartment (50 m²) is located on the 2nd Floor (attic) of the Waldhaus residence, in a central but quiet location. The apartment is in the rear part of the building, facing the forest. From the balcony you have a wonderful view in and over the dune forest. You will find the parking space in the underground car park. The Baltic Sea is only a 2-minute walk away. The backwater, bakery, supermarket and various restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Waldhaus residence was built in the style of the Usedom spa architecture and offers all-round service (reception, bread service, etc.). In the other part of the building you will find a restaurant and café. The apartment is of high quality. You will find the kitchen in a separate room as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room was furnished with a sofa bed, sitting and dining area, cable TV, telephone. The bathroom / toilet was completely redecorated and modern in winter 2018/2019.
