The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

Guest UserThe hotel is clean and sanitary. It is next to a shopping mall and the location is acceptable. But parking is inconvenient. You need to check in first and then swipe your card to enter the parking lot. It is also some distance from the hotel, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage. Overall, it passes as a passing hotel.

I only needed to stay for one night for the Balearia ferry, as my train from Madrid had been cancelled due to the train crash and I took the bus a day early.
So I arrived in the evening having booked a single room while on the bus. The owner very kindly upgraded me to a studio with a kitchenette which was much appreciated. I could spread out and once the heating was working I was warm and cosy.
The room was missing a kettle but I could use the microwave to heat water.
The shower was fully adjustable and lovely and warm.
The location is great, not too far from the bus station and not too far from the ferry terminal; via the market if you so wish!
My Balearia ferry was at 17:00 so I left my case for free at the hotel. But they changed it free at the terminal to 15:00. so I went back to pick up my case and got to Tangier early. So all good.
The hotel is a little run down as other guests have said but “cheap and cheerful” is a pretty good description!

MaylanyThis is the best apartment I've stayed so far and it's really worth the price. Everything is clean, the kitchen is well maintained and equipped, there are two televisions in the apartment (in the living room and in the bedroom), but I could only switch on the one in the bedroom. That's okay for me because I mainly watch the TV in my bedroom. I rarely use the living room, but my friend stayed there to take a nap one day and she said it was comfortable. I also love the bathroom, which was also full of amenities: soaps, shampoo, multiple towels, and unlimited roll tissues. The hot shower was also well functioning. I stayed for 6 nights and my towels were changed after the 3rd night. They also have a laundry facility, which can be used free of charge, 24 hours. I only needed to buy the detergent by myself. The check in and out are also quick, easy, and safe. Oh, there's also a safety box inside the bedroom which was also functional. Bed was great, lights were perfect, AC was good, overall a perfect place for a long stay.

MSim83I needed a hotel for a night in Cádiz before I went to the port to catch the ferry to The Canary Islands , the hotel is right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops , friendly staff on reception and a lovely clean and modern room with private balcony , its advertised as a spa but there is no pool.
I didn’t use any facilities other than my room but there is also a restaurant and rooftop bar .
Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the end of a floor with a staff access elevator and the cleaners kept bringing stuff up and constantly making noise all evening till about 10:30pm , why they do it when people are trying to relax and sleep is beyond me , it ruins your stay , it wouldn’t of been an issue but I needed to get up at 6am to checkout for a walk to the ferry port , so don’t expect much sleep in this hotel as the doors are noisy and people are constantly banging and shutting them , also the walls are very thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room to mine,
Overall tho a good stay 👍🏼

One main flaw: The roof was leaking after the storm, needed to apply for a refund on our 3rd night because we couldn’t stay there any longer. Other than that, staff were very polite and lovely, the hotel was kept clean mostly had amenities and could ask reception for more if needed I think. Location is good, few mins from local shops and the staff spoke some English which made it easier. Family have stayed here previously several times so it’s a nice hotel overall. Unfortunately due to the storm though, our roof leaked water all night and day, I had to resort to cups and bottles to collect the leaks and the floor was soaked. This is why we had to leave, as well as poor weather conditions in the city. I’ve written an email, hopefully we can be refunded for the night, the staff were kind enough to help us book a taxi to get to Malaga airport.

The hotel owner was super nice - he got my friend an iron and hair dryer on her request and even drove us to El Puerto de Santa Maria when we were waiting for the bus in the rain. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily.
That being said… the hotel is in a quiet, residential area and there are only a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, toward the Valdelagrana beach. However, we were there in March, but I’m sure more is open during the summer months. It also gets quite cold in the rooms in March, so if you’re afraid of chilly room temperatures you might want to look for some place with central heating or space heaters on site. Also, transportation comes infrequently and shuts down early - like at 10, 11 pm - so allow some time and do some research when you’re ready to leave the area ot the hotel.

Good location if you are going to stay in La Bahia de San Fernando, a shopping center close to the hotel and a train station. The breakfast is really good with lists of options.
The rooms need a refurbishment, really old amenities
