"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Eurostras Mravins in Palma de Mallorca. Everything was simply perfect - the service was outstanding, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the spa offered one of the best treatments I've ever had. The atmosphere was welcoming and made me feel truly at home. It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca. I can't wait to come back!

"The hotel itself is located in a holiday area away from the Palma city center, so there will be a lot of bus rides if you would like to explore the island. But if you want a sea sand holiday, then the beach is quite long and there are plenty to do. The breakfast is more than enough for a continental one with additional mallorcan goods. The room is enough for one person going there from sleep to sleep, but I would not recommend if you are a big person, could not sit comfortably on the toilet between the sink and the toilet roll holder 🤨"

"Quite a decent hotel. Located on the seashore. Very convenient location. Leaving the hotel, you immediately enter the embankment, where there are a large number of cafes, restaurants, shops. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfasts are very varied in choice and delicious. Wonderful swimming pool on the territory. There is a jacuzzi, a small gym and a sauna. The only thing I didn't like was the cuisine of the hotel cafe. In general, I recommend this hotel for accommodation."

"The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Joan Miro Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was large and well-maintained. There is free parking nearby if you are lucky to find a space, but we paid 10 euros per day for underground parking, which was recommended by the hotel. The location is just a five or 10-minute walk to the beach with some shops and cafes nearby. The staff also sent a bottle of Cava to our room for my boyfriend's birthday even though we didn't even tell them we were celebrating! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Palma."

"This hotel is relatively small, and the facilities are relatively old. The safe is an ancient one. I closed it and it couldn't be opened. It seems that there is no electricity... and the washbasin is outside the toilet. The whole decoration feels a bit like an urban-rural junction? The main thing is that there was no hot water on the first night of check-in. The next morning, the staff promised that it would be fixed during the day, but when I came back in the evening, they still said there was no hot water... I asked the front desk for a solution, and then they moved us to another HM hotel chain. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in another one... because it is newly renovated, the room is huge and very modern, and there is a bus stop for the A1 airport line downstairs. Figures 2 and 3 are the new hotel we moved to later."

"This hotel is a short distance from the airport and the city, but there are buses to get there is acceptable, the most important thing is that they provide brunch, you can eat leisurely without getting up early to eat. The last day of flight leaving Palma is afternoon, so you can eat lunch in the restaurant until 13: Leave the hotel at 30, which is not serviced by other homes, so it is highly recommended."

AA_PezThe hotel checked all of our boxes to have a successful trip. There was breakfast included with my stay (really good breakfast buffet), they checked me in earlier due to my early arrival, it's in between the Palma center and the airport. Also the beach is across the street and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel lobby, so it was really easy to get around. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very generous.

One of staff explained all of things and she let me know that walking street at night is safe and where are great places for going to bar and restaurants

AAnonymous UserI was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur.
We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise.
This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.

GGuest UserNice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

GGuest UserThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserOverall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality.
However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child.
When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.

GGuest UserThe stay at the hotel was rated very well. The room was clean and fragrant, it was not too hot, but slightly cool - just how we like it. Interesting shower 😁 A short 3-minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to the center by car. There are also buses. Palma Aquarium is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We really liked the location. A very nice bar on the 8th floor with a jacuzzi and a sea view 🙂 During a week spent in Mallorca and staying in four different hotels, this one had the best breakfast.
Two things I would find fault with:
1) We got a room on the side, overlooking the garden and the hotel next door, from which loud sounds of air conditioning or something else came. This went on all the time and did not provide silence.
2) We spent two nights at the hotel. On the last day we had to get up early in the morning at 4 am to catch our flight. We asked the reception to prepare us a takeaway breakfast, but they refused, because the hotel does not do that, even though we paid for breakfast in advance. Instead, they offered us fruit. We wanted something more substantial, so they told us to go down to the kitchen in the morning and something would be waiting for us on the table. It turned out to be two slices of bad white toast bread and two slices of salami, a banana and that's it... We were very disappointed, and the staff could have tried harder, leaving at least some croissants or just a little more choice.

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
