When check-in I explain that the ceiling of my CB is reached and that the €50 guarantee will be complicated to take. But the host women refuse cash deposit and require CB, despite the mail I show them stipulating this information of Trip.com. We are told in the crowd that the restaurant is closed all weekends, which is contrary to us because we had just chosen this apartment in part for the good restaurant notes and especially the room service (My friend is a health careful and has difficulty to move). I explain that on Google Maps the restaurant is indicated open 7j/7 and H24, but I am noticed that the restaurant closure information is indicated on the hotel site. "The hotel location, on the lake, it is very nice and relaxing; the staff is nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there are a few restaurant options around the hotel (the hotel has one though). The stay was in general good, only a problem with the room door that was not automatically locking itself, meaning it was remaining ”open” after leaving the room. The issue was solved by the staff but only in the evening, when it was reported in the morning (and a second time in the evening)."
