"The room is quite clean and have a sink inside. However the numbers of shared toilets and bathrooms is a bit few and you may need to queue sometimes."

"It was a great hotel in an excellent location! You can take metro to central Paris in 30 mins. One disappointing thing is that the air conditioner in our room was very noisy and we can’t sleep on the first night, there was not other room available to change due to full house. Or else, all good!"

"Before arriving, I was apprehensive about how chaotic Saint-Denis would be, but after a week there, I found it quite pleasant. The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the metro. The ambiance is pleasant, and the room is a bit small, but clean. The housekeepers are also very attentive. Checking out requires no steps; you can simply leave. The only caveat is that there are no hairdryers."

"Was very disappointed when I saw the room I requested 1 double bed and the room had 2 singles. The room smelt like bad and had obviously been recently vacated and not cleaned. Beds were dishevelled and there was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. I went back down to reception and was given another room and an apology. I didn't think this was enough for my inconvenience. I spoke to the manager the next day and he asked who I booked with and when I would be checking out. He assured me he would sort something out for me and would be here Monday morning when I'm checking out. He also made remarks regarding my ethnicity which I found offensive. I am now checking out and been told the manager is not here. I am very disappointed and am going to make a formal complaint. Overall the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Not really happy with the breakfast very little and no variety. Would not stay here again."

"Decent kindness at a reasonable price. I think it's a good place to stay in this area. Breakfast is a bit unfortunate because it is the same every day, but it is good compared to other places nearby. It was okay to have a water supply at the front desk"

"It is good to travel with friends as you get so spacious space and good deal in Paris . Definitely recommend to stay this hotel when in Paris. The staff were very nice tooo!!"
