"What a great start to my holiday. Stylish contemporary hotel. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable and relaxing with a good shower. I found the air con a bit tricky to operate, but that might just be me. The restaurant and bar area was really inviting due to the stylish design. Staff all friendly and particularly welcoming and helpful on reception. Easy to get to with shuttle bus which stops outside hotel with first one starting at 03.40hrs and about a 30 mins transfer to airport. My only slight negative would be to have a better vegetarian choice and lighter options on the evening menu as the quinoa salad I wanted wasn't available. However I did discover a Tesco and M&S an easy 5 mins walk away which is always an option ! Otherwise fabulous hotel and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable. Would use again."

"Made a last minute booking to stay the night after touching down in Gatwick at night with a migraineq, not knowing how isolated the place was. Its was dark and eerily quiet to get to, room was without heating and the hot water kettle was rusty and peeling. Still for the price, a very decent place to near the airport that offers a phone to directly call for United cars shuttl"

"Front office staff all great. Nice gym. Rooms refurbished, neat and clean though a bit small. Only complaint is the housekeeping. A little spotty. One of the day no housekeeping despite hanging the housekeeping required card outside the door the whole day. And then 2 of the days they just removed the rubber mat for the bath tub. I asked reception to for it to be replaced and they gave me fabric floor mats instead of rubber mats. So in all, will recommend for the location if you wanna stay around the airport but not at the airport. There is a small town Crawley for food, malls and supermarket within walking distance."

He was a genuinely kind, professional, and extremely helpful member of staff who made a noticeable difference to my experience. Patrick was supportive, approachable, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. His friendly attitude and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere from the start and made me feel valued as a guest. In today’s hospitality industry, it is not always easy to find staff members who go above and beyond, but Patrick certainly did. His positive attitude and willingness to help deserve special recognition, and I truly appreciated the effort he made to ensure everything went smoothly during my stay. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient, and the reception team overall were friendly and professional. Good customer service can transform a hotel experience, and this hotel clearly understands the importance of making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was modern, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay for me. After a long travel day, having a peaceful and comfortable room made a significant difference. The blackout curtains helped ensure a good night’s sleep, which is especially valuable before an early morning flight. The room also included practical amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, a smart television, excellent lighting, and a comfortable setup that felt modern without losing functionality. The bathroom was spotless and featured a spacious shower along with quality toiletries, making the stay even more enjoyable."

"I chose this hotel due to its proximity to my cabin crew training centre. My room was clean, comfortable and modern with everything I needed for a great stay including an extremely comfortable mattress, a very nice shower and a kettle. I noticed how quiet it was too. All of these things combined meant that I was able to fully relax and sleep deeply. The staff were also very attentive and friendly. Also, regarding food & drink; the hotel offers an extensive menu. There are also places nearby including an M&S which is a 5 minute walk away. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Terrible attitude from the front desk staff. The clerk managed to mix up the rooms allocated to our party and then, rather arrogantly, blamed us for swapping rooms, when in reality I had to change rooms because the heater in the original room was not working. I even apologised in case there had been any misunderstanding after a long journey, but instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, she replied that she was also tired. To make matters worse, it later became clear that the confusion stemmed from the room allocation system itself, with room numbers being noted on a piece of paper with handwritten markings. If it had not been for the other member of staff, who remained calm, understanding, and helpful throughout, I would have packed my belongings and left immediately. This is simply not the right way to treat paying guests. Customer service should focus on resolving problems, not shifting blame. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay"

"We always use this hotel when flying from Gatwick. The location is roughly 10 mins away from the airport by taxi. I think they allow you to park at the hotel for a fee, which works out a lot cheaper than using the airport parking. It has basic comfortable rooms and beds and the showers are decent."

"Good option price/qualitywise if you need to stay next to Gatwick. Cheap to reach by bus, but with a lot of luggage it had to be a taxi, so mind this expense. The room is quite alright, and nice to have access to the pool of you are travelling with kids. The food at the restaurant is not great, and room service is not included in the price of ordering food there. So if you are planning on eating dinner, ordering from other places in Crawley. Breakfast was ok though, quite standard."

"The hotel is next to the midway highway to Brighton, and we reduced the trip to Seven Sisters Cliff half the time so we could reach the attractions earlier. The customer service is warm and thoughtful, the parking is convenient, and it is a good place to live!"
