"On arrival the receptionist was very helpful, Room was clean , beds comfortable ,we found the room very warm and was unable to open the window room 311, not a very view from this room. Hotel was full so unable to get another room . We had evening meal in the restaurant .food was excellent,and our waiter was very helpful. We had breakfast the following morning, but found that the bacon and black pudding was overdone as was the fried egg. But we should of waited for the Fresh cooked food to come out of the kitchen. Idid mention this to the waitress. Breakfast was the only downside to our stay"

"We had a really amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and sea facing windows with spectacular view. Was so peaceful.Top location almost everything was at walking distance, great view, stores nearby for shopping and food, bus stations are on walking distance Overall really good experience. One thing to be noted that the name has changed for this hotel. Actual name is ''The Seafront Hotel''. Toilet might not be suitable for fat people for this room as is was too small and congested."

"We stayed 4 nights there with a friend couple. Staff were all helpful wnd polite, and listened to suggestions. Great in variety t and tasty breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, with good pillows and bedding. The toilet was great and plenty to move around. Everything was wonderful. Only imperfection was that our room faced the back, anf we can see the other rooms, so we needed to pull down our curtains eVerytime we changed clothes."

"Good things: - Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk. - Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm. - hotel is dog friendly - amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc Not so good things: - Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor - Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all."

"The Belmont has fast become our place to stay in Llandudno. A great location near the pier, with the sea view rooms overlooking the whole bay. Great additions of a pair of binoculars, 2ps to spend at the pier arcades and a mini fridge which is perfect if staying for more than one day. All the staff are lovely, so professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be back again later in the year."

"So happy to find that this hotel back to how it was. I usually organise group coach trips and the last time we came here was just after Covid, and the whole break was miserable. Food dreadful (not buffet style as it is now), bar hopeless, no entertainment….the list went on. WHOLE DIFFERENT SITUATION NOW Food looked lovely & breakfast looked fab too. All buffet style and beautifully presented. Staff happy, helpful and chatty. Thought I’d never stop here again, but after last night’s stay - definitely will come back with my group Well done “The Grand”"

"Decent hotel, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms basic but does the job. Woke up with stiff neck due to the pillows being slabs, but that’s just a personal thing. 2 nights away with the kids and they had a fab time in Llandudno"

"This hostel truly felt like a 'hostel' in every sense of the word. All the staff were incredibly, incredibly enthusiastic. Now, even though it was an 8-person mixed dorm, I definitely didn't get a good night's sleep. The beds were shaky, and it was noisy because of all the people. Plus, since it was a mixed dorm, there were a lot of men who smelled really bad – they clearly didn't shower, and some had foot odor. But for this price, what can you say? You get what you pay for. Ctrip probably thinks I'm a difficult customer because I'm always reaching out to them whenever I stay at a hotel. But for this place, I absolutely didn't need to contact Ctrip. The service here is genuinely better than any five-star hotel I've stayed at. Everyone is so genuine. On my first night, the manager saw me sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. He said that since I only paid for a bed, even if it was noisy, I should sleep in my assigned bed. But he understood travelers and said it was okay for that night, just to make sure I slept back in my room the next day. And the female staff member, Grace, was super amazing! Huge shout-out to her! I told her I was trying to get tickets for The Lion King musical, but couldn't because I didn't have a UK account. She literally put down her toilet brush, went back to the office, and used their office computer to help me secure tickets! Oh my god, she was just too good, too good!"

"Soon has we walked into the Premier inn, Llandudno, We were welcomed by a pleasant, polite ,friendly young man, Booked in, in seconds,he told us our options for meals, The room was nice and tidy and very quiet. The staff working on the bar were polite also. The young lady on reception in the morning ( has we were leaving)was pleasant and polite too. Overall a great stay."

"Pros Place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The location is great just off the beach front and pier. Negatives We were on the 3rd floor which is tiring to keep walking up. The shower is small which is harder for taller people like me. They served out of date yoghurts I guess they didn't check the dates."
