"Close to the beach and clean room. With all the stuff u needed. But they got two doors so was bit confusing for me at first."

"Good things: - Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk. - Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm. - hotel is dog friendly - amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc Not so good things: - Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor - Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all."

"This hostel truly felt like a 'hostel' in every sense of the word. All the staff were incredibly, incredibly enthusiastic. Now, even though it was an 8-person mixed dorm, I definitely didn't get a good night's sleep. The beds were shaky, and it was noisy because of all the people. Plus, since it was a mixed dorm, there were a lot of men who smelled really bad – they clearly didn't shower, and some had foot odor. But for this price, what can you say? You get what you pay for. Ctrip probably thinks I'm a difficult customer because I'm always reaching out to them whenever I stay at a hotel. But for this place, I absolutely didn't need to contact Ctrip. The service here is genuinely better than any five-star hotel I've stayed at. Everyone is so genuine. On my first night, the manager saw me sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. He said that since I only paid for a bed, even if it was noisy, I should sleep in my assigned bed. But he understood travelers and said it was okay for that night, just to make sure I slept back in my room the next day. And the female staff member, Grace, was super amazing! Huge shout-out to her! I told her I was trying to get tickets for The Lion King musical, but couldn't because I didn't have a UK account. She literally put down her toilet brush, went back to the office, and used their office computer to help me secure tickets! Oh my god, she was just too good, too good!"

"Decent hotel, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms basic but does the job. Woke up with stiff neck due to the pillows being slabs, but that’s just a personal thing. 2 nights away with the kids and they had a fab time in Llandudno"

The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. "The hotel is not far from the beach, although it is not directly facing the beach, but you can still see the hotel facilities. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean. The room has free costa coffee capsules. Milk and mineral water in the refrigerator are free 15 pounds per person. The breakfast is also very good with a sea view The price-performance ratio of this hotel is still very recommended. There are many restaurants when you go out. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the small train on Mount Ohm"

"So happy to find that this hotel back to how it was. I usually organise group coach trips and the last time we came here was just after Covid, and the whole break was miserable. Food dreadful (not buffet style as it is now), bar hopeless, no entertainment….the list went on. WHOLE DIFFERENT SITUATION NOW Food looked lovely & breakfast looked fab too. All buffet style and beautifully presented. Staff happy, helpful and chatty. Thought I’d never stop here again, but after last night’s stay - definitely will come back with my group Well done “The Grand”"

"Good service. The hotel is located at the hill top and has a good sea view. Very closed to the tram station and cable car station with lots of restaurants nearby."

"Lovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future"
